Dobyns 764cb. I’ve had mine four 14 years. You throw 3/8 to 3/4 ounce baits regardless of what depth they run. I use it for lipless up to a 6XD. It was designed for the Deep Little N but can handle bigger divers.

I have a different take on confidence baits. I have confidence in specific baits for specific situations. I don’t have a confidence bait for 365 days. Each scenario generally points to certain baits and I start there but keep an open mind to making adjustments.

When you see that a jig can be hopped, dropped, shaken, dragged and swam, the various head shapes and hook arrangements will make more sense. You can find a jig for every scenario. The style and trailer options are endless. Define what you want your jig to do and match the head style and then the trailer. You can haul fire wood in a Corvette but using a pickup makes more sense.
