I throw spinnerbairs, swim jigs and chatterbaits on a 7' mh/f, and treble hooks on a medium or medium heavy moderate or moderate fast rod. So for all around I would go with a mh/mf.

Both. Usually when I fish I have at least 2 moving baits and 2 slow presentations ready, and then let the fish tell me what they want. However since you are asking I really like jig fishing.

If i could only use one soft plastic it would be a beaver style bait. Because I can t-rig, shakeyhead it, and use it as a jig trailer.

My favorite jig color is a brown/green jig, and I put on either a brown, green or black trailer. Very versatile.

I usually start with 3/8, but if that does not produce I will either switch trailers or move to a 1/2 oz or 1/4 jig. I mainly use a brown and green jig with either a black, brown or green trailer, but if the water is real dirty it is either all black or black n blue.
