  2. You should wear a suit and walk around with a Thompson gun. They'll get the message. I say this in a humorous personal opinion so you can't sue me incase you actually do it, so blame it on nicotine withdrawal.
  3. I used Gu all the time on bike rides. Just got back from weekend of riding at Tsali. Looks fun but road rides aren't for me! I stick to my singletracks Enjoy the ride!
  4. Dam! Those would sound epic just lounging in living room with glass of good booze just soaking in the music.
  5. Some of them were wicked cool, some were wicked sad, and some were flat out what the eff?!?! Maybe few photoshopped. That one picture where it looks like the dude killed hundred of deers and hung them around outside of his barn.... seriously?

  9. We have had a discussion on brands of coffee we like, but I want talk about equipments! I been shopping around the net for coffee making equipment to brew at home as well as a grinder to store beans then grind right amount of ground per cup. Currently looking at this grinder: http://www.starbucksstore.com/burr-coffee-grinder-gvx-2-by-krups/011018083,default,pd.html?&srule=Featured&start=0&sz=16&cgid=grinders&cm_mmc=Sbuxcom-_-ShopMega-_-burrgrinder-_-Evergreen But I haven't found a coffee maker to my liking just yet. Looking at some affordable Bunn as well as two ways Hamilton Beach coffee maker such as this: http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-49983-FlexBrew-Coffeemaker/dp/B00E0QMDSM/ref=zg_tr_tab_pd_mw_1 I haven't ventured into espresso making and other brewing style, but I'm intrigued if I can find an equipment with filter for variety of brew style! If it even exist...
  10. From this list, seem to me only nuclear holocaust and massive attack of asteroids clashing the earth all over the globe simutansley could be possible. Maybe climate change could cause drastic decline in world population and thus ending the world as we known it.
  11. I prefer combination of charcoal and wood. Lay little strip of wood on top of the charcoal to give it good wood/smoke flavor. Sometimes I used either heat source on its own. I used gas when time is a factor, especially on week days when I work. Weekends on the other hand, I'll spend 6-8 hours outside smoking meat. On Mother's Day I smoked both ribs and chicken. I had ribs for supper that night, and ate the chicken the following day. We do that sometimes, cook multiple meats for the week days when we don't have the time to cook all day. Lately I been experimenting searing meats in skillet with olive oil.
  12. I wear skinny jeans, but again I do have skinny genes.
  13. I told my dad this story last night and he said,"that, son, is the definition of stupid. I wouldn't tolerate that b.s. In my workplace. You do it the right way or get out." Good night, Irene!
  14. So why don't you report it to your local congressmen and fraud abuse hotline? Edit: Every state is different, but at this amount of tequila in my body, I probably get shot if I vented my frustration with the entire system. Like JB said, people fall on hard time for no reason, some just just flat out make excuses. Sadly, I"ve seen worse BS in my profession.
  15. We're all dying because of laboratory experiments.
  16. Why do certain websites take pictures of human's rear?
  17. This is what I'm trying say. Unions and brotherhood bs aside, you can't ignore or protect him. You already admitted to being fully aware of his intoxication and nearly getting someone killed. Sorry, but you got man up and do what best for the company as a whole. I've heard countless of stories by my dad, who was a production line boss, about people he had get rid of to keep the company going. The people above him rewarded him for it.
  18. I always believe unions are as good as the people who runs it, base on the OP story, sounds like a crappy one. Not turning it into a anti-union thread, the OP giving a lot of public ammos for those who do. My dad would had that guy fired already... My dad takes too much pride in his work, anyone that hinders it like the OP's co-worker are out the door if they don't correct their behaviors. Being a boss comes great responsibility, people going hate you along the way. If you can't handle that, well don't be one. There a bigger picture here than a simple brotherhood.
  19. This is why people hate unions. You rather protect the guy because of brotherhood? What happens if this guys kills one of your "brother" because you didn't take proper action? I suppose you rather deal with lawsuits and the conscious of letting a potential family live without a husband just to protect your brotherhood. Total moronic if you want to know.
  20. Union or no union, it sounds like this guy going get someone kill. Tell the proper chain of command and take proper action, even if it means getting him fired.
  21. The moral of the story is this: you cannot say anything racist without repercussion unless you're a big time comedian.
  22. I agreed. Several automakers in the area, (think Volkswagen, Mercedes, etc.) and its suppliers find it a great asset if you could speak German. A couple years ago I got interviewed by a supplier for Toyota who asked if I had the ability to translate foreign currency and/or could speak foreign languages. Lot of multi-national corporations find it a huge assets if they can get accountants to learn languages in countries where they got offices or manufacturers. I got a friend who has an MBA and she went back to school for free just to take spanish classes. Her MBA specialization is in healthcare management and she learning spanish for her career in healthcare.
  23. Who cares?
  24. Hey, Raider, according to us carpet walker that crunches the numbers that goes into the project you work on your pay is classified as labor hours, therefore, you're a laborer.
