And the narrative stated that he met up with several other guys on the lake at the end of the big-fish-bonanza. Someone must have had a camera. BTW, you don't need a good camera to take an acceptable picture. It's also getting pretty difficult to even find a cell phone without a camera phone. You could spend very little money on either one that is capable of taking decent pictures.

So let me get this straight...... Piece of mind for you is buying a quality product and having to pay 50$ to get a replacement if it breaks or is defective. WOW. Funny how I see it diffrerently. I buy a quality rod and if it breaks I get a new one for FREE, no shipping and no extra charges. SHIMANO RULES!!! So you think the company should pay for a rod that broke as a result of a slammed car door?

Yep. A lot of companies won't mention that a lifetime warranty will only cover that rod as long as it is still an active model. ) There are also companies that will give you a comparable model in the exchange.

It's made for the 'sensitive fisherman'. ;D I lol'd. ;D Don't get me wrong, some of those rods are freaking sweet although completely out of my price range. However, I'm not sore over being unablle to afford a rod with a lotus blossom or oriental fan on it.

I'll be sure to go buy a rod and matching bait with flower petals painted on them. Sometimes I question whether some of that Japanese stuff was made for bass fisherman or metrosexuals.

It's super choppy. The aiming/hitboxes are f*$&$^ up like every BF game I've ever played. I like MW2 because it's more of a me vs. you, who's better at aiming, up close and personal shooter. It's also much smoother and the skinning is far and away better than BF. I also tend to prefer infantry based games and not games that have vehicles.

I believe the vast majority of fluoro haters have not used 100% fluoros or quality lines. I used to hate it for that very reason. I kept trying blended or coated lines because they said "fluorocarbon" on the box and they were cheap. Pay for the good stuff before you make your judgment. You will not regret it. I love the stuff now.

Yo Zuri is not a fluorocarbon, as it's name suggests it is a FC/nylon blend. x2 x3

I definitely plan on fishing the Potomac, and hope to hook up with the regulars on this board. Probably won't happen till late March or early April. Along with the Potomac, I plan on spending some time at Lake Anna. I live near Algonkian Park on the upper Potomac, and I have been out on my canoe here, and I have seen a lot of aluminum jon boats here, but I think taking a large fiberglass boat out on this section of the river would be asking for trouble. (Too shallow). Yeah, I would save the canoe for the Upper Potomac. Fiberglass+rocks= :'(

Xcalibur also makes a bait similar to Rapala's Husky Jerk: http://www.***.com/XCalibur_Xs4_Stick_Bait/descpage-XCSB.html But they are called the XS4. I think you're talking about the Rapala Husky Jerk. They are tried and true jerkbaits, but I still prefer to fish styles like LC Pointers.

what's confusing is that XCalibur is one brand of baits and Rapala is a completely different brand with different lures... are you asking about a Rapala bait or an Xcalibur bait or both?

Are you asking about two baits? If so, what XCalibur are you talking about?
