  1. The Godfather Trilogy Dances With Wolves Tombstone/Wyatt Earp (I liked both equally) Falcon
  2. I'm excited to see the new bait. Spinnerbaits are one of my biggest producers lately. Falcon
  3. I have alot of success with both, but I have to give the nod to the Xr50. Falcon
  4. Great read. As so many have stated, I also have the "Passion". I think it's impossible to explain to anybody, either you have it, or you don't...............I'm glad I have it. Falcon
  5. Alot of good stuff there. Now go use it all, and tell us how you did. Good luck, Falcon
  6. Hey lucas, welcome to the best fishing site on the net. Do you fish for Baramundi (sp) in your state? Falcon
  7. When the carp are spawning in my canal, the bass fishing is FANTASTIC. Falcon
  8. Rapala Shad Raps are always a good start, in all variations (original, shallow, and jointed). Rapala DT Series are good also. XCalibur Xr50, and Redeye Shad lipless crankbaits should be part of your arsenal also. I'm not selling anything, just telling you what has worked for me over the years. These are all proven baits. Falcon
  9. That's a sweet ride you got there Mike. To answer your original question, I have a buddy that towed his 21' center console with his lightning. Never had a problem. Falcon
  10. Yes. Too many Pike and Muskie swimming around here. Plus, my center console has too much freeboard to reach down to lip fish. Falcon
  11. Don't forget where the Cup resides. Hate them or not, you have to go through Detroit to win it. Falcon
  12. I love catching both, however, if given the choice, smallmouth would win hands down. Falcon
  13. Here in S.E. Michigan, of the 118 bass I've caught this Spring, the three most productive baits have been, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and soft swimbaits. The water temps are between 45-55*. Falcon
  14. If the ice is gone, I'm cranking. Falcon
  15. White with double chrome willowleaf, or firetiger with gold double willowleaf. Falcon
  16. You're going to have one more challenge. If you don't like to fish chocholate milk, then you're in trouble. I'm looking out my front window, and the water is VERY dirty from all the onshore winds we've had for the last week. As a few others have stated, there is a ton of garbage floating, so keep your eyes open. We're also supposed to have 20-30 MPH winds, so there's another challenge. There's white-caps out there the size of my truck, right now. Please be careful, , this past Monday the Coast Guard chopper had to fish some guys out of the Bay. They're bass boat got swamped. In my opinion, this is the best lake in the country, but it also can be WICKED. Good luck to all coming to play in my backyard this weekend. Falcon
  17. About 70% of the time I'm fishing, I'm fishing for bass. The rest of the time is split between muskie, and walleye. Falcon
  18. Buying a house on Lake St. Clair. Now I can fish every day. I don't have to tow a boat, and deal with the circus at the boat ramp. Falcon
  19. 2005 25' Baja Sportfish Center Console, 250 HP Merc. Just sold a 16' Princecraft Holiday DLX, 25 HP Evinrude. Falcon
  20. I have six Xr50's (various colors) from last year. They all saw AOLT of action, and I've had no issues with paint. Falcon
  21. Glad to hear you're doing alright, after an ordeal like that. It could have been so much worse. I pray that you have a full and speedy recovery. Falcon
  22. Glad to hear you're feeling better Marty. The layoff sure didn't affect your work.................BEAUTIFUL as ever. Falcon
  23. Cullin5 said it perfectly. There is no more bait more versitile than a spinnerbait. Falcon
  24. I just started fishing the 7" Anaconda this weekend..............I'm SOLD. I haven't had a chance to try the craws yet, but I'm confident they will be as productive. Falcon
  25. Scott, that was a great post. I use a 7'-4" medium/fast or a 7' medium/fast rod for deep cranking, with a Revo SX 6.4:1, although my deepest cranking will only be about 16'-18'. I use Trilene XL 12#. All my deep cranks are either different variations of shad or crawdad. Falcon
