Oops, I didn't think it would recognize that. L.B.F.20 in uppercase L.a.n.d b.I.g. f.I.s.h., but it sounds like the promo ends tonight.

~The Road to the Super Bowl 2016 & 2017~
Not surprised the Texans traded Osweiler, but the fact that he went to the Browns does not bode well for him. Best thing that can happen to him is that the brown trade him off mid season to a good team, like what they did with the falcons and patriots last year. The browns threw away a lot of talent last year, with several of the guys they traded making huge plays in the Superbowl. My wish list for the Bronco's is a good right tackle and nose tackle, they really lacked that last year. Plus they need some rushers back (and someone the size of The Fridge would be handy to), either cj Anderson or someone like him for if/when he gets hurt again. I do hope the keep cj and get him healthy again. Hard to do well when the opponent knows your going to pass, cause your running game is nonexistent.

L.B.F.20 is the code, worked for me and the extra savings bought me some GCYB kut tail worms, some trick worms, owner ultraheads, and a pack of zinkerz. Thanks again for the heads up on the sale @MittenMouth.

Pick one finesse technique only
Sounds like I'm missing out... I have yet to catch a single bass on drop shot. I use it for crappie, panfish, walleye, and sometimes even catfish, but i have never been successful when bass fishing with it.

Thanks man, thats going to save me some money. Are you sure that the promo code ends tonight?

Pick one finesse technique only
Half of a zinkerz on a 1/16 ounce mushroom head, although I am really starting to like the owner 1/8 ounce shaky head with a finesse trick worm.

New plastic bait ?./ Frog hooks ?
Another vote for the ewg trokar barb hooks, sharpest hooks I have ever used and the barb keeps the frog from slipping down. 3/0 is typically the size I use.

Listening to music while fishing
Same here, except for the boat pal part. I can't stand someone who talks all day when we're out fishing, especially if he is talking about something besides fishing.

I Am Done Buying New Lures!
Good idea, just stay out of the sale thread and tackle purchase thread. How long do you all think it's going to last?

Unique fishing day
Those things aren't very friendly, and a mama goose is a fight waiting to happen. I have a small (15 pound) dog, who was unfortunate enough to decide she wanted to chase a mama goose who had half a dozen goslings. She ran up to the geese at full speed while barking and growling like she was going to tear there heads off, until the mama goose spread her wings and hissed at her. My dog immediately stopped in her tracks and dropped to the ground whimpering, before turning around and running away. On a side note, she has never chased or harassed another goose after that incident.

(Un)official Hoosiers Thread
Yeah, nobody else was out fishing in the wind here today either. Fished for about an hour and a half, but the main lake was unfishable and the coves weren't much better. I had to run the trolling motor full blast just to slow us down, which drained the battery and forced me to give up after an hour and a half when the trolling motor ran out of juice. Still managed half a dozen fish on jerkbaits, couldn't throw much else with the wind.

Bandit Lures
I use a spinning rod for it, but a decent medium powered baitcaster can throw it just fine.

Anyone else stupid enough to fish in the 50 mile per hour wind gusts today?

Where did you find them for $4.95?

Booyah Pad Crasher
I second bluebasser on wanting a junior sized popping pad crasher. I love the the popping pad crasher, but there are times I would prefer a smaller size. The pad crashers are one of only two frog brands that i carry, and although price is a factor (can't beat $6 for a quality frog), they simply outperform most other frogs I've regardless of price.

Bandit Lures
I'm a fan of the bandit's also, especially the bandit 100 and footloose. Are they our next sponsor?

Dock skipping rod?
I'm with you on skipping with baitcasters. I can do it, but i can't skip near as far with a baitcaster as I can with a spinning rod. Any rod will work for skipping (which model depends on what you're planning on skipping) but shorter rods around the 6' 6" range are easiest to skip with IMO.

When does the tax stimulus sale start? I have to order before April third because I need the stuff for a tourney.

Suicide Duck
I almost bought one just for the heck of catching bass on a plastic duckling, but I decided that a laugh wasn't worth seventeen bucks or ducks.

Latest Tackle Purchase Thread (Bait Monkey Victim Support Group)
They have been very good about returns and exchanges, they will give you a full refund on the item even if you just changed your mind on it or accidentally ordered the wrong size. I once got a defective buzzbait, and called customer service about returning it. They just said to keep the defect and they sent a replacement without any pictures or anything. He even gave advice on how to fix the defect. Send it back in the same box it came in with the included return label, and either request a refund or a different size to replace it.

What color is common forage for New Hampshire bass
Pink (or other brightly colored) trick worms are usually fished weightless just underneath the surface, and the bright pink color makes it easier for us to see it, since most of the bites will usually be detected by seeing the bass hit it. It is a fun way to catch a lot of bass, especially right after the spawn.
