  1. Oh another thing, never dont eat to lose weight. That kills your metabolism, eat little meals to keep your metabolism up. So then you will be burning more then you take in. Otherwise you dont burn anything, and that gets you nowhere.
  2. I wrestled 135 in high school, youre best friend is now a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt. Work your butt off at practice, dont lose your sweat. My coach always told us you can eat about anything reasonable but drinks are what will kill you. I never had a soft drink the four years i went to high school because of that. Like i said you can eat about anything within reason, because you mostly wanna lose water weight. Now if its a night before a tourney or before a match eating anything will obviously add weight, so eat light in those times. Your enemy right now is sodium, definitely avoid anything with a high sodium content.

  5. I might be getting one of these for Christmas, and i was just wondering yalls opinion on this reel. Also if this isnt it, what is yalls choice of the best reel under about 150?

    New here just wanted to say hey. After browsing the site for a little while, decided to join up and get involved in all the great info. Havent been fishing long but i hope to increase my knowledge, and looks like i will be able to here.
