I wrestled 135 in high school, youre best friend is now a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt. Work your butt off at practice, dont lose your sweat. My coach always told us you can eat about anything reasonable but drinks are what will kill you. I never had a soft drink the four years i went to high school because of that. Like i said you can eat about anything within reason, because you mostly wanna lose water weight. Now if its a night before a tourney or before a match eating anything will obviously add weight, so eat light in those times. Your enemy right now is sodium, definitely avoid anything with a high sodium content.
