Just and FYI. If you end up going through tech support you can do tech support chat instead of over the phone. I did it recently and found it much easier than talking over the phone. And the wait time was less.

That's really great news for your friend and his family! I'm really happy for them. I can't begin to imagine the mix of emotions through the ordeal then the feeling of elation that came over him when he got the great news. Awesome news!!!

Great story! It's all too easy to get caught up in the busy day to day life we adults have to live and forget the basics of life. It's good to see stories like this to bring us back down to earth. Probably about once a week I somehow end up stopping and thinking what a simple life I had as a kid and how easy it was back then to take it for granted because I didn't know any different. The kids from this story truly do have big hearts and because of that they made a huge difference in peoples lives. Good for them! Live, Learn and Act.

She catches those big fish but won't touch em. I told her if she didn't hold it she couldn't claim it but I figure she deserves it. lol. I'll be catching sharelunkers in TX anyway. ;D

A couple pics of the lake

Some pics from my FL trip last weekend. Tuff fishing for us. Lake was down about 3 ft and I think we got to em just after feeding. First day out my wife and her mother wanted to go out so we drifted with live shiners all day. Only caught 4 all day and some pickeral and bowfin. My wife caught the biggest. I love seeing her eyes pop open when she gets a big fish on. Don't have weights or measurements. Second day just my wife's grandfather and myself. Still fished shiners. I threw spinners and rattletraps. Only caught 3 that day between us, all about 3 lbs. No pics from that day. I had a nice one on a 4 blade spinner that got off right at the boat. Overall great trip spending time with family and got to get the line wet at the same time. Can't beat that. Especially since the water's still hard up here in NE. My wifes big hawg. Couldn't get her to hold it for a pic. I told her if she didn't hold I was going to claim it. ;D Ah well. She earned it. Again

Craigaria, very nice job!! Really appreciate it. I voted orange because I think it will stick out. White would be good though or yellow. Also I'm not bring my boat to Fork but would still like to have and extra one to put on my boat. I'll help with cost of course.

For some reason I see Alpster, Avid and Muddy pulling into Fork about the time everybody else is packing up to head home. LOL. Seriously guys. Enjoy it and be safe. This is a road trip you guys will remember forever.

Speaking of Crappies hitting moving baits I caught a ton of Crappie on a Shallow Shad Rap last summer and fall. Sometimes I would use it kinda like a topwater other times med. retrieve.
