Let me know when someone finds a jig trailer that doesn't work! Allen
  3. I have the same problem and deal with the same way by powder coating the head. Allen
  4. Pour the 1/8oz Poisontail head with Tin instead of lead. Allen
  5. Around here any color works as long as it is white. Allen

For the money SK S11 glasses can't be beat. I picked up 3 pair for $40 and could not be happier. Get a pair of smoke or black lenses for sunny days and amber lense for cloudy days. Yes the $200 Costa del Mar glasses were better but not worth the price compared to the SK. Allen
  7. Looks like you are looking for 3 techniques not specific lures. Topwater start with a popper. Moving baits, spinnerbait and a square bill crankbait. Bottom baits try a 4 to 6 inch worm or creature baits. I will leave specific brand recommendations to others but chartreuse black back crankbait, white or white/chartreuse spinnerbait, and green pumpkin for plastics. Overall these are the top producer's for me in about 30 years of bass fishing. Allen
  8. Try selling them here first. Do you have any midnight specials to get rid of? Allen
  9. Roostertail spinner or single tail grub on a 1/8oz head. Now I have confidence in most of what I fish. Allen
  10. I am in the white or black belly and sometimes orange myself. Allen
  11. Where are you fishing in MD? I can say that the two best trailers for me are; Zoom Super Chunk Jr, and a 3" Berkeley Chigger craw both in green pumkin. Allen
  12. I really like this answer! The problem I have now is you cannot walk around either the basement or garage without tripping over tackle. Allen

I got nothing! Looks like something a kid made at summer camp. Allen
  14. I fish the Lower Potomac as well and will be using a rig like A-Jay posted. Having tried about 10 different heads they all get stuck with grass. Only one I still use are swim jigs that I fish above grass. Allen
  15. Don't remember who but someone does because I had a few. Allen
  16. Personally I like Lucky Craft pointers better but it is up to your budget. I have a lure retriever and am careful when fishing waters with Esox so I don't mind the price. Allen
  17. Like any other color they will work at certain times and certain locations. When I was in MO fishing FT Leonard Wood there were a few lakes that I just killed them on a Bubble Gum Trick worm. Those lakes had a lot of LM and spots but not many SM to be found. Back in Merryland I have caught a couple but not like in MO. The crazy thing is the best lake for Bubble gum worms green pumkin would not work? Allen
  18. Hope you don't have a cat, that looks like an emergency vet visit waiting to happen. Allen
  19. Fishing is a masculine activity therefore we do not use the color "Pink" it is called "Bubble Gum" and yes it works as does every other color senko made. Allen
  20. Interesting concept but I would not buy any spinnerbait that doesn't use a ballbearing swivel. Allen
  21. Buy a cheap caliper from Harbor Freight and measure as there is no standard size. Allen
  22. I am not even sure what Bandits cost anymore? Between the number of baits I get back with a lure retriever and the ones I pick up for $1 each at the Flea Market I am set. Allen
  23. http://www.lakelandinc.com/Spoons/index.html Try here. Allen
  24. Like others have mentioned I think you are over tightening the skirt. Besides that it could be showing how the wire is better than the band. When the skirt catches something it is pulling off stands instead of pulling the whole skirt down or off. Allen
  25. Lunker Lure Triple Rattleback spinnerbait. Allen
