I would, but my favorite lure changes weekly.

Losing fish
Im with Glenn on leaders. Never use them for bass fishing. If I want a floro set up, I spool with floro. Only place I can see leaders as being effective is in finesse presentations with softer rods and loose drags.

Why did every fish I catch get gut hooked?
A lot of people wait way too long on texas rigs, for some reason they think they really have to let them take it. As soon as you detect a strike you should reel down and set the hook. they ain't got it in their pocket.

Shimano Curado DC PROBLEMS
why they changed the thumb bar design from the old curados i'll never understand. i've had same problem, and is why the new curado doesn't get used for flipping.

LB test for spinnerbait
Save the dough and use mono for spinner baits and buzz baits. I like 15lb pline, but most quality mono in the 12 - 17lb class will do just fine. Only time I use floro on my spinnerbaits is when I'm slow rolling them in late fall when the bites are subtle and i want them to run deep. Never used anything but mono on a buzzbait and I throw them alot, especially right now.

Why lighter line ALWAYS wins ?
Truth is there is no best size line, just like there’s no best size screwdriver.
- Best buzzbait?

Boat having issues getting on pad
I think I remember there being some design issue with the early efi motors, that would cause air to get in the fuel line, and it would happen after the initial run. I think it was a fuel temp issue.

Urinating
Have been told from Ranger at Buffalo National River that if in the back country and don't have a toilet around it is actually preferable that you urinate in the river, as the diluted urine has virtually no impact. From "leave no trace" website: Urine Urine has little direct effect on vegetation or soil. In some instances, urine may draw wildlife which are attracted to the salts. They can defoliate plants and dig up soil. Urinating on rocks, pine needles, and gravel is less likely to attract wildlife. Diluting urine with water from a water bottle can help minimize negative effects

prespawn flooding
I once saw a tip from G-man. He said in rising water in the spring to find somewhere you can get all the way to the bank, then fish the isolated cover. It stuck with me and has really worked for me. Instead of fishing acres and acres of submerged timber, I'll spend time finding the bank and fishing whatever cover I can find there, might be a picknic table or someones gardenia bush. This one tip has really helped my confidence in really high water.

They don't call it a
My best friend and fishing budding drowned 15yrs ago on a lake he lived on. A fisherman found his boat doing circles early on the 4th of July. They found him a few days later. Sure wish he'd have worn a kill switch and life jacket.

I don't know what to do anymore
Ponds tend to have a more limited varity of forage for bass. Because of this pond bass can become very selective and less aggressive feeders and difficult to catch on lures. If the only forage in the pond are green sunfish you better be using something immitating a green sunfish or youre not gonna get bit.

cast distance
Plenty of big bass are caught flipping and pitching. but you got to neak up on them, and it helps if you can get your bait in spots others don't. My experience has been that bass that are holding really tight to cover are easier to get close to. I don't know for sure, but seems the thick cover gives them a sense of security. Cruising bass are a much different deal, you better stay way back. I think that's why pitching and flipping works best when other techniques are not working and visa versa. If bass are not holding tight to cover and you are trying to flip, you've already spooked them. If they are holding tight and your throwing something trying to get them to chase, they won't.
