Tipp, You're one of my favorite dudes here and it's always nice to hear from you. Sounds like life has thrown you some curves, but you're doing the right thing. I hope your lady is feeling better, and your friends are there for you just as you're there for them. As far as work is concerned, if you want to be an engineer then just do it. Well, I would love to agree with you, but 150 years ago if someone told you that you'd be talking into a device the size of a pack of cigarettes and having a conversation with someone on a different continent they'd think you were on the sauce! Oh and then you have robots whose AI is programmed to have them learn the way toddlers do.

And this is just the beginning. Can't imagine where robotics will be 100 years from now.
