  1. Safe place reminded me of this scene and I started cracking up haha
  2. I think in Georgia it’s called a wampus cat
  3. Mine always contains backlashes, lure packaging, coffee cup, etc. plus what you find floating around, sometimes you need a barge and a roll of contractor bags . also I believe the OP takes his family pleasure boating so I’m sure there are snacks and drinks if I’m in a kayak, I’m going to have an empty beer bottle or two
  4. Real stucco is much better, although rare in my neck of the woods. People have the styrofoam chimneys rising way above a steep roof and want me to fly up there and fix it. Luckily my coworker Tim can indeed fly (thread hijack alert)
  5. Stucco is a pain around here. Mainly because it’s not real stucco , just styrofoam with something called aphis spackled on the outside. I have to fix woodpecker holes in it all the time. for the trap in grass, use a broomstick of a rod and it will rip it free
  6. Just beware of flat smooth concrete
  7. Smallmouth love your go to bait, the 5 inch senko. Carp are most often quite difficult to catch. I’ve seen a million at a marina getting fed and they all disappeared instantly when a fishing boat came toward them
  8. I use a grocery bag and put it under a hatch
  9. Ain’t a flip flop the opposite of waterproof? I like my hiking boots for waterproof, they are Merrell brand. I got them for Christmas two years ago and I’ve put some good mileage on them
  10. I was going to post they may not know to be quiet, but @Hammer 4 told them to be quiet and they still didn’t so that’s out once in college we were bowling , None of us knew that you weren’t supposed to bowl at the same time the guy next to you bowled. A guy came over ready to kill us all over it, fun game
  11. If only the bass knew which rules they were supposed to follow and which ones to break
  12. Nice one, I remember that time 10 years ago, it was over 100 for a couple weeks.
  13. Up on a roof now. Really hot
  14. I split some firewood on lunch break down at the lake house, gotta sweat while I’m still able. @volzfan59, late September is typically the hottest time of year in Knoxville, I’m sure you’ve sat inside neyland for a game or two vs the gators
  15. I have a customer with raccoons in her attic right now. I caught two, but there’s still more at large and I haven’t been able to catch them for a couple weeks. Yesterday she said “I just don’t know what to do” and I said “me neither, im retiring and going fishing” luckily she knew I was joking and laughed
  16. If they are anything like a bowfin, you better bring a sack lunch and a ball bat to the party once they are on board
  17. Grass is burned up and dead on my side of the state . Makes all my mowing projects pretty swift
  18. Clearly they’ve never driven an auto on interstate 59 in Alabama
