  1. Hairstyles are not a consideration in fishing……..
  2. Nice one! Trust me you can reel a plopper right though those bowling balls and still not get bit
  3. Everybody loves the fiederman!!!
  4. Anything over 40 should be fine, I accidentally pulled my trailer for years with them at 32-35 before I actually read the label
  5. TVA can’t even keep a buoy in place near my house, water is way too strong. I found a red buoy way up on dry land the other day . Those things are about the size of a Jon boat, somebody at least tied it off to a tree
  6. It’s all a part of a master plan…….
  7. My buddies always start my motor with the foot trimmed up out of the water, bunch of rookies! I always holler cut it off loudly to scare them half to death , usually no more than one second
  8. I’ve done it on the local ones for even longer, it ain’t too tricky to stay one step ahead of a fishing hole buzzard now going to chickamauga is just silly crowded, but it sputters out when fishing gets tougher. Everybody seems to want 10 pounders, they don’t get that big where I live
  9. I think the competitors also expected more weight. They talked like the college trail was there recently and caught more. I’ve never been to Harris chain , just going by what the commentators were saying. Thanks for the clarification
  10. I see what you did there
  11. I’ve tried to block them all out so I don’t remember how big of a moron I am haha!
  12. I ain’t posting any of mine! I’ve had a few end up a lot worse than getting hooked or missing a trip
  13. I’ve been told that’s what’s going on with mine. It’s had sporadic issues for 3 years maybe more. Sometimes it trims up non stop when you aren’t touching any switch but you can stop it by hitting down a few times those relays are sensitive, I accidentally took one apart once………
  14. Yeah that’s normal, sometimes it takes a while for them to start pumping when it’s below 25 or so degrees or I suppose the same could be true if it’s been sitting for months
  15. I been sharing my spots on bass resource for years and I never see anyone there, I must really suck
  16. When they pull hard like that, push the button! At least then you wouldn’t have had to reach for it like you did the drag. i caught a monster LMB with my buddy’s rod that I just picked up of the floor of the boat once. The fish nearly pulled me off the front deck of my boat, buried the rod onto the gunnel and the tip was way underwater. That was the first time I ever “freespooled” aka pushed the button and thumbed the fish. I had never heard of the tactic, I just needed to get some line out and didn’t have time to fiddle with drag. Trebles didn’t rip out or bend, Fish ended up in the boat nowadays I never use drag, I much prefer the manual methods
  17. Every time I ponder this question, I’m kneeled down next to my tire with an air hose……… so the answer I seek is printed right in front of me on the tire. (Sometimes in shockingly small font though) if the writing is wollered off your tire somehow, go with 40 or so and make a note to get another tire
  18. Don’t feel bad, KVD buried mustard triple grips on a jerkbait into a camera man. You’ve seen how hard he casts. It hurts to watch, the sound of the impact is disturbing
  19. Squirrel? Maybe. Chipmunk even bigger maybe. Possum would crawl in there to die but wouldn’t chew wires . Mice and rat are always the leading suspect
  20. Well I picked the winner so definitely retiring
  21. Well my first ever fantasy team I picked the winner. I now retire
  22. Buddy with 77 lbs!!!! 22 + today !
  23. FS1 at first, now on my phone
