  3. My college buddies got me a wedding gift, let’s just say I was pretty shocked!!!!!!
  4. Hopefully!!! I don’t think it’s very far from me either
  5. Praying for y’all too mike
  6. Ditto. Honestly if you just take it all apart, clean out the black goo, and put it back together, it’s amazing what happens. The varieties of petroleum products you put in there really don’t matter that much.
  7. I think it ate a couple 1 lb smallies! Well that’s cool!
  8. That’s exactly where he’s at!
  9. Yes @Oregon Native did, I believe @Glennposted his obituary on here. He was a great guy, he posted a whole lot about his struggle and was always very positive and upbeat even facing the bitter end keep fighting Aaron! We are praying for you
  10. Gin is the devils juice!!! I know it’s usually 80 proof like everything else but it somehow hits me way too hard every single time
  11. Thankfully I haven’t owned a PC in ages
  12. You’d think he would at least spell check before slapping that on the back glass…….. wait……… no……… it’s even better misspelled
  13. Hahaha!! I threaten to throw it away every time I change the oil but my boss would flip out
  14. I was thinking the same thing, I catch 21” smallies a few times a year and they are more like 4.5 lbs. That SD fish is fat as a hog, ours are long and lean
  15. The live ones don’t hardly work for me in the big river either. They excel in smaller shallower rivers
  16. Oh man hate to hear that! Hope you come through it better than before.
  17. Ruh roh!! Hope the surgery goes well, what ails you??
  18. When I was a kid I caught a walleye off our dock, no clue what it was . I lipped it, great plan. Then a couple years later I caught a sauger and thought “I remember you, no lipping” so I grabbed it under the gill flap. The edge of its gill flap sliced me wide open and I was bleeding everywhere. Delicious fish need some line of defense
  19. When trout are eating bugs, that’s the one time I enjoy it somewhat. I just suffer from burnout when it comes to the fly scene. Some of my guide buddies won’t use regular gear, i tried that for a while and it’s not for me. I love spinning and baitcasting
  20. I’ve been traveling and not fishing but I scratched the itch in a tiny river in northern Michigan today
  21. I learned that trick when I was a kid and my buddy’s dad did it to me!
  22. They look just like them only different……. I found a river I could walk for miles without even getting my wallet wet in my back pocket, pretty crazy. At home it’s 20 feet deep right next to shore basically everywhere
  23. I have to remove flemsy plastic to change the oil on my work truck (2019 f150). I guess it’s stops a few dust particles or maybe keeps water splashes away?? It’s a pain haha
  24. Pure Michigan. Almost as big as the ones @A-Jay catches ended up with 2.5 hours of time maybe more, caught somewhere around 15 fish, 5 species (LM,SM, bluegill, pumpkinseed, and yellow perch)
  25. I’ve asked at least a dozen people where to fish for bass and they look at me like I’m crazy, I guess you need a boat for that. Maybe I can find a pike somewhere . Other than Lake Michigan I’ve yet to find any water deeper than my belt that I can cast to and Lake Michigan has 6 foot waves and a hail storm yesterday
