  1. I even flip my drop hitch upside down to create such an effect
  2. I like the front to be raised up slightly higher than the back, I drive through a lot of downpours
  3. I’d put that more in the “no real pros” camp lets just say I stripped it off on purpose before 3 years i try to maximize time with hook in the water above all other things, therefore tying leaders is not something I want to do
  4. These folks found some good fishing, then again they are direct descendants of Roland Martin
  5. I dont even purchase them and they are melted onto my boat several times a year, even in winter. for a super durable bait, I sure do have a lot of friends with dozens and dozens of packs of them, you’d think they only need 2 or 3
  6. I said (probably verbatim) what the OP meme says years ago after trying the braid/leader thing on spinning for a couple years. I found no real pros and plenty of cons
  7. I’ve never bought z man elaztech for two reasons and the first being price (second is they melt). I’m far more likely to lose the hook/plastic than rip the plastic

  12. I’ve got a whole bunch of cranks and Jerkbaits that I’ve left in boxes for years and the hooks rusted. I was switching out a few the other day and pondered if being too big was a problem, thanks for insight now I can use some hooks I thought were too big for certain baits
  13. You don’t need a garmin in the river! Just stick your pole or paddle in to see if it’s 2 feet or 3 feet
  14. That’s slicker’n a peeled onion
  15. I’ve caught some nice largemouth that bit like a bluegill. ive also never seen a time when it was too hot for largemouth to attack anything, and I’ve fished a lot of 90 degree water with air temps at 100
  16. I’ll be in central Florida in February, are gator haters allowed???
  17. Ditto. I had a good outing with two of them but I can’t remember where the heck I put them ha ha
  18. I’ve caught a few without a tail whatsoever and I’ve caught a couple like the one in your picture. funny story: there was a graduate student doing a project on grey squirrels years ago and he painted the tails of a few of them fluorescent Orange. The next day all the ones he painted had chewed the hair off their own tails. No squirrel wants to be high vis !!
