Shiners and creek chub and stonerollers and several other minnow species develop the bumps on their heads. We don’t have fallfish in my area but they should be browner in general than a shiner and most likely have the bumps on their heads (if I had to guess)

Sorry got lots of pictures . Went camping this weekend to an awesome spot in the mountains. Good fish, food, and friends. I figured here was as good a place for the pictures as any. Probably a solid 4 lber steak photo for @bulldog1935..... our friends backpacked to the Campsite, boy were they happy to see a boat full of supplies and some fresh fried fish and grilled steaks

Nah Those are good fellers, bass aren’t everyone’s favorite. They are both tournament bass fishermen believe it or not, but Justin fishes mostly for catfish
