  1. I throw it up against the bank at drag it down steep drops into 20-40 feet. It gets hit instantly up shallow sometimes and way deep other times
  2. That first pic reminded me of a skunk! I’ve actually saved some skunk hair before, wonder how it would do. I think I made a minnow fly or two with the white part, I can’t recall. Great looking creations
  3. @hawgenvy, that a wild wild crazy crazy fish! -Steve Martin
  4. I agree. As soon as I got the loan for the house I went right back to paying for things up front as often as possible
  5. I never had the student loan, maybe that was the credit. They advised me to get a credit card , buy some stuff and pay for it, and I would get a credit score. Prior to that I had always just paid cash for everything. They don’t like that anymore
  6. We sound like a banjo out of tune hahah
  7. Sometimes the Florida accent and the coastal MD accent sound similar to me. Ok I miss meeting people from all over the country, I’ll admit it. d**n you Covid “dat joker right der will hit dat frog and jerk the rod outta ya hand” -my florida fishing pal
  8. @N Florida Mike, that looks delicious, I’ve been eating much of the same. Also you have the same accent as my cousins that live in cocoa beach/rockledge haha
  9. They gotta win something.......
  10. That’s what I thought about credit cards at your age and it’s still the best policy in my opinion. However the people that loan money to buy houses won’t loan you any money if you don’t have any debt. It’s really weird but I had to get a credit card and go into debt in order to get a “credit score” and subsequently a loan. It’s all a big ridiculous bunch of silly
  11. Sounds to me Like there’s too many mouths to feed in lake A. And lake B sounds like paradise, nice fish!
  12. I’ve never bought a roboworm or a z man worm
  13. You check your blood sugar and you check it often
  14. @BASS302, I’ve been told by some of the best bass fishermen that I know, who have been fishing since the 40s, that the king spot is one of the greatest bass lures ever
  15. I do have a big battery charger on wheels if for whatever reason I need to charge something up really quick if a battery somehow went all the way dead. I’ve always referred to it as the defibrillator
  16. Better than breaking off before you catch anything!
  17. I suck at inboard chargers. I use a $20 3 amp charger instead. When one battery is full, hook it to the next one
  18. I’ve caught a few that fought like the devil. I’ve also caught plenty that barely fought. I remember reeling in a sauger once, it barely fought. When it hit the boat deck it went bananas and tore the world apart
  19. Bill Murray would be jealous
  20. Oh dear ....... must have......
  21. Sure makes you feel like a failure when you can’t fix it haha. But alas, I can make $75 dollars and get it fixed
  22. Hahaha. Carb was rebuilt and she’s up and running!
  23. @jbsoonerfan, heck of a spring! I bet you keep a baby brush hog at the ready for the rest of your life
