  1. Wow. One to remember!
  2. I can’t remember what I bought last year when I started drop shotting a lot but it works great. I think it’s an owner #1. I use Palomar Knot with an extra pass through the eye after it’s tied. Leave a long tag end and tie the sinker on last.
  3. Here’s what the TN river looked like yesterday, my buddy still managed to get that white bass and a drum. All the dams and highland reservoirs prevent it from getting out of the banks during constant rains but it was quite clear the day before. I saw some tributaries while driving around working yesterday that were out of their banks and into the woods and fields
  4. Awesome! Thanks for the update
  5. Well it sure is healthy water judging by the big LM youre always holding
  6. I’ll tell ya what they say in golf “drive for show, putt for dough”
  7. Nice fish. Hornets be damned
  8. If you don’t catch anything, well then what’s for dinner?? I have had plenty of skunks and will have many more but I would rather have fried fish for dinner
  9. All you can do is get out there and try as long as the water is safe. Spring cold fronts with muddy water sure do suck sometimes but it’s worth a shot, something good might happen
  10. Looks effective and very weedless!
  11. accidental double post
  12. Had to watch church on tv......... weird. Happy Easter!
  13. Did some social distance paddling for a buddy’s birthday. Even got a few fish dragging baits behind the boat
  14. Every boat ramp I’ve ever seen has big rip rap. I put one behind my tire every time I launch. If for whatever reason I can’t find one, I keep a brick and a rip rap in the back of my truck as for the video, his backup lights were on almost until the tailgate hit the water. I also go to neutral when I get within a few hundred feet of the water
  15. A live bluegill will catch them, especially if this is a small body of water. I thought they made nests up against rip rap rocks frequently
  16. Ha! Hadn’t thought about this side effect yet. Our 3 dogs all shed. I did cut my own hair though, all you need is two mirrors
