I think you will run out of money before running out of good deals. After trying some great equipment, I decided that I wanted quality over quantity. That said there are certain techniques that don't require the best of the best.

One thing that seldom gets talked about is electrocution.....believe it or not, most boating forums talk about this a lot and adds to the reasoning behind pfd's

I have tried the IMX pro and own a GLX and a couple e6x. I love the GLX the most and will have another one soon. The E6x's are specifically for CB and SB and did not want to throw a lot of money at those techniques. The IMX is somewhere between the GLX and the e6x. This weekend I am going to rig the pro identical to my GLX and make a side by side comparison
