They’re “predicting” a wet winter for us. We shall see. I believe they predicted the same thing last year.

I’d have to disagree, the Lions Seattle game was the best so far this season.

@Glenn I agree, DK was getting interfered with on almost every single play. The refs missed a ton of calls even though Detroit had almost 200 yds of penalties. The ref lives 15 minutes from me. 😉

What a great game last night! From the opening kickoff, I don’t think there was a dull moment the entire game.

@Bird I’m not worried and I know they can’t win them all, but that was a blowout! The Ravens always play the Bills tough and Allen is 1-2 against them. He (Allen) had one helluva pass to midfield as he was running for his life at the sidelines. Dude is a freak!

Yeah that was a rough one last night for my Bills.

All our bucks are at night too. Once the temps get cooler and the days shorten the bucks split up we’ll see them more during the daytime.

Respectable? That’s a dam nice buck! We haven’t seen anything like that on ours. Some 8pts that’ll be nice next year if they make it through the hunting season, but nothing like that.

Talk with your doctor. When I went through chemo it was late fall and into the winter so fishing was winding down. I did however go on my annual hunting trip to Nebraska. We had an extensive conversation with my oncologist team about it and it was dependent on my blood counts. We also had to have a plan in place in case things went sideways while out there as well as on the 18 hour trip to get there and 18 hour trip to get back. We researched hospitals that could handle my situation. I was not allowed under any circumstances to field dress my deer which my good friends dad was more than happy to step up to the plate for that. To echo what @A-Jay said, neutropenia is no joke! I was neutropenic once and it landed me in the hospital in isolation for two weeks (not fun). I’m assuming you’re on some type of steroids (I was anyways) so you need to think about sun exposure. Fishing in my opinion is definitely doable but you need to talk to your doctor first. Keep a positive attitude throughout your treatment, it helps a ton.
