We got a 24hr break from the snow but not the cold. High today was 12* with windchills hovering around 0*. Another 3-6” predicted for early morning and ending around 10am with a high of 17. Friday and Saturday are going to be the brutal cold days with highs in the single digits and lows -15. Winds Friday, 15-27 mph, pushing the windchills as low as -30. Fun times!

I don’t know if that’s considered dedication or craziness. Either way, sounds like a mess! 😂

100 car pile up 45 minutes west of me. It stopped snowing but with it being so cold the snow is light and fluffy, pair that with high winds and you have whiteout conditions. 12* so salt doesn’t help with road clearing.

I’m not. Making it to the playoffs every year isn’t going to cut it in the NFL these days.

I wish these refs would’ve been in Denver yesterday. Don’t mind me, I’m just bitter.

I’ve become less tolerant of the cold as I get older more so once February rolls around. The payoff, spring, summer, and fall in Michigan are pretty nice!

Still snowing!

I was probably in 5th and we had a snow day. I had the genius idea of taking our snow blower to the back yard. By the time my dad got home, his back yard had no snow except for a giant 6’ tall snow dome, four neighborhood kids digging tunnels, and an empty five gallon gas can. All he could do is laugh. I swear that thing was there until early May. 😂

Therefore the call goes to the offense. They were quick to make the call because Denver came up with the ball.

Very true @casts_by_fly . My dad went his entire life here in Michigan with a 2WD truck until a few years back he got a good deal on a 4WD with 4x4. Funny thing is, he hardly drives it in the winter. It’s all about being smart, having good tires, some weight in the back, and a good throttle foot. I rarely use my 4WD in my personal truck. My work truck is a different story. It’s a 2018 F150 and it seems like that thing will lose traction on wet grass. The aluminum body probably doesn’t help.

That first PI call was the worst call I’ve ever seen!

Nailed it! This winter 6poundbass is leaning to drive. A few weeks back we got dumped on. He had a snow day and I did too. We finished shoveling the driveway and I said let’s go for a drive. He asked about 4WD and I said nope, that’s cheating. We stayed on back roads that weren’t plowed and drifting. A couple we went down no one had been down. Where’s the road dad? Keep between the ditches and you’ll be fine. Then a truck comes towards us, 10” of snow, and no tracks to follow. He learned a lot that day. Today’s lesson, wind swept roads.

It has snowed for 32 hrs straight here. Accumulation hasn’t been a lot thankfully. The wind is making it brutally cold but not as cold as it’s going to get early this week.

I’ve looked at detailed step by steps and watched videos and my head spun so fast trying to figure it out. Double uni for this guy.

@A-Jay have you given any thought to the baby duramax? I’ve heard and read nothing but good things about them.

@TnRiver46 my guess is a catfish attractant. Does the water get high enough for that to be submerged? It looks like behind that barrel would be a good place for catfish to hang out.

I love it when dogs pop their heads up and have an ear all funky. It’s the dog version of bed head.

One of my cranking setups has Smackdown and my other setup has Invizx spooled up. No issues with either.

Is there anyone in the Pacific Northwest that would volunteer to keep an eye on @Glenn for a couple days incase the Seahawks lose? Just planning ahead. 😁

If I had to only use one from here on out, I’d probably go with a split grip but either is fine with me.
