I’ve been using Gamakatsu for almost 20 years now with zero issues. I’ve tried Trokar and thought they were too sharp and created too big of a hole in the fishes mouth.

I’m left handed so I’d smear all my writing. 😁 I rarely write anymore, maybe the occasional note so I don’t forget something at work. Other than that, all my documentation at work is done on the computer.

The snow is gone but the ice is still here and will be for a while. Nonetheless, it’s time to do some much needed re-spooling on some reels. You sure it was mid cast? If it were mid cast I’d say you backlashed. Otherwise I’d say your knot was too big and you caught a guide and it snapped your line.

Yup! Rain snow mix and 20-30 mph winds with gusts up to 45. 60* was nice but this is more realistic.
