I feel sorry for you... A pond I used to catch fish on all the time got grass carp put in there and now you're lucky to catch one every four hours fishing super finesse.

Still looking! One of my friends just caught a 9.6 a couple months ago, though. So close to that DD mark!

If they aren't invasive and they aren't ruining other fish populations leave them be. They are pretty cool looking, too.

Hope this turns out okay. I'm not sure what causes people to do this sort of stuff when they are most likely going to be caught.

I always have those fish that only fight when I'm trying to unhook them!

I usually keep trout and sometimes a couple gut hooked bass. Gut them and cook them in their skins whole!

Nah, I'm never done. Just caught a nice one on a crank yesterday.

If you are like me and live near a lake with a power plant, fish the outflow pipes. These are much warmer and the fish stack up there.

If it's really high pressure, sometimes only the strangest things can work. I fished a place that you can only catch fish by skipping a rage toad into the thick stuff and jigging it. They would come right out and nail it, but ignore a wacky worm of similar color. My advice is, fish anything and eventually you'll find the secret bait.

Anytime I'm out in a thunderstorm and holding a metal rod I consider crazy!

I like tungsten more, but I have to go with the old glass n brass. Tungsten is just too pricey!
