  1. How you fishing those Namazu's? Free rig? That's the only way I have used them. Only fished a few times with them but no luck.
  2. Re-stocked on some Easy Shaker's (awesome drop shot bait) and some Super Chunk Jr's, which I really like for finesse jig trailers. Along with the Cavitron, War Eagle is probably my favorite buzzbait. Siebert order. The Baby Rage Craws are also great finesse jig trailers. TW 4th of July sale. The new TW Black Blue color is probably my new favorite. I hate that it's TW exclusive since I'm used to getting Jackhammer's around $11-$12 other places. But TW doesn't run many sales like that, so I took advantage of the 15% off and got 5 more. Never fished these Hag's baits but figured I'd try them out. I thought they looked a little familiar. Turns out they look a lot like one of the Googan baits.
  3. I don't need another one but I would've jumped on that deal in a heartbeat. Such a great reel. Must've been a mistake. Let us know if it went through.
  4. Here we go again...
  5. Unless I was doused in OFF.
  6. I know I'm probably in the minority, and by no means am I saying eating bass is wrong (whether they died from being caught or put in the livewell alive and well), but I just can't bring myself to do it. I do love eating other fish, but I just have way too much respect for these fish, the sport and the joy they bring me. I don't think I could ever cut one up/eat it. I think I'd just feel weird. Again, I'm not saying it's wrong if others do it.
  7. But scientific studies have also shown that 9 out of 10 bass prefer the taste of Coca-Cola to BaitFuel, so there's that.
  8. I also agree with the other who say you could put a little more on. Especially if you're cutting/re-tying often. But you definitely don't have to. How you have it is perfectly fine.
  9. Ark website has BOGO on their Invoker Pro, Viper and Cobb Series. When they ran this deal in March, I ended up getting 4 different Cobb models to try out. At $50/rod, you can't beat this deal. Obviously they aren't as nice as my higher end stuff, but I was still quite impressed by them and have put them to work this year.
  10. I definitely need something like this in my boat.
  11. Z-Man Tungsten Chatterbait EVO. $15.99. A $6 hike to go from a lead head to tungsten? 😅
  12. Oh I've seen that before. It's call the Whatchamacallit Rig.
  13. 3 more hey?? They certainly are fun to fish with.
  14. I don't wanna talk about it.
  15. Yeah, it was a one-day sale.
  16. Picasso Tungsten Little Spotty. Awesome little finesse jig. I usually use them when targeting smallies, though don't know why. They're great no matter what kind of bass you're after. It has 3 small titanium weed guards that works really well. 3" Pit Boss, Baby Rage Craw and Zoom Super Chunk Jr (threaded on) pair nicely with them.
  17. Looks like me after hitting the local Chinese buffet. The only bait I've had that happen with (that I can remember at least) is a 6th Sense Crush50. I emailed them with pics and they sent me a new one.
  18. 25% off at Copperstate. Quick look, looks like Daiwa/Shimano/Croix are excluded. Works for Dobyns rods. And obviously baits.
  19. I need another Chatterbait rod like I need another hole in my head (such an odd saying), but has anyone used the 7'2 MH glass Poison Adrena before?
