I wonder why that is, A couple of years ago I use to run up the river and put on a Bubble gum sinko and weigh in 20 pounds at every tournament. Now I can't beg a bit on one. Why? A lot of guys will say that they have seen the bait to much. The only ones that have seen the bait is the ones I catch. He should of had his insurance on file at the first of the year with Bass. He might of had one that expired in like February. You must have a copy of the liability insurance on your boat for inspection at all times. This part of the rules just like limits and size are. Don't even want to think what would happen if you were to get someone hurt or killed while fishing in a tournament. I promise you it want be enough,once the insurance runs out then the lawyers are coming after your personal access. I carry a release with me for my non boaters to sign but I doubt it will hold up in court. I did up my GL from 100,000 to 1,000.000 I was also told that the more you have the more they sue you for. :

I fished March 1 in 42 degree water and 38 air temp, I fished same water March 7 in 59 degree water and 82 air temp. Today it is 78 degrees and the high for Friday is low 40's. This is killing the old bones. Al Gore is making all this happen. :
