Leaky boat + Herculiner ?
I know that LBH has the bottom of his Jon coated in Herculiner. My question is, does anyone think it will prevent a tin boat from leaking? Here's the scenario. My father has an old Jon that has suffered from blown out rivets over the years. I was thinking of replacing the rivets and coating the bottom of the boat with Herculiner or some equivalent to prevent future leaks. It's gotta be worth a shot, the Herculiner is mostly rubber, so it should keep the water out Any ideas?

Zoom Super Fluke catches tons of Pickerel...
But no Bass! Went out yesterday morning. Conditions were very overcast and misting. Air temp started out at 50 and water temp suprisingly was up to 57-58. Threw everyhting in my tackle bag, but the only thing that got any real action were the Super Flukes!. Just the wrong kind of action!

Just for LBH...
I spent a week in Bowling Green, KY. Absolutely beautiful country down there. We drove from RI, went through Lexington past Keeneland...wow, what a beautiful state!

Just for LBH...
I spent a while on a job in Bucks County PA, the local greasy spoon served scrapple. I asked 'em "What in the hell is a scrapple???" Waitress replied "All the stuff that doesn't go into hot dogs!" I'm all set. For the record. Any time I spend an extended period in a southern state, I come home sounding like it. Apparently my friends find it annoying. 8-)

One less pond to fish.
Wow, and I thought it was just R.I. that had an out of control litter problem. We do have it pretty bad. Thing that ticks me off is especially at gorton pond right near the bank before the police station most of the trash is clearly from anglers. I think people should be more harsh on littering. Next time you see someone throw something on the ground rub their face in it, smack them on the nose and tell them how bad they are. Alex Gortons is 2 miles from my house. I have never fished there. I wanna give it a shot, maybe put the boat in at Ericksons and go under the bridge.

Just a FYI, Bass Pro was backordered for a while. My buddy ordered one and it was a few weeks before it came in. Also, as usual Raul is right 8-)

P.E.T.A.
- Ugly Stick- I just don't get it.
I re-read it three times, I found it to be a little on the arrogant side. But, whatever. I have one, I use it, I catch fish with it without "a bobber and a nightcrawler"- Looking for a spinning reel.
Well, I like my Stradics, and my partner likes his Daiwa Tierra 2500. It's all in what your budget allows... - Ugly Stick- I just don't get it.
