Believe it or not but you can catch them with lettuce (or other salad). I never fished for grass carp but that's what some guys here in europe use and with sucess. Take some smaller pieces and and throw them in the water and watch them eat it! Hooking the lettuce is bit difficult i guess.

For me they are bass magnets and well worth the price. They sure are bass magnets! The Vision 95 is also very good. When nothing works they will or at least for me.

I like them! The rudra is the bigger version of the asura and they are very good shallow running jerkbaits. (comparable with lucky craft etc.) I believe you can get them in floating and suspending versions. You should also try the OSP HPF Crank 63. Very good shallow running crank. OSP has very good hardware on their lures.

I have seen schools of good size bass 5-7lb. in different colors. Some very light and others very dark all in the same spot. Bass also change their coloration depending on their mood or if they are getting ready to spawn or at least that's what i observed.

I still managed to catch 5 bass but no big one's! I saw some big fish but they would not bite. I guess because it's friday the 13th. ;D But i caught my first crankbait bass of the year. A 4.5lber. on a Lucky Craft Flat CB SR. I still had fun and i caught fish on friday the 13th. 8-)
