Every time I see these flocks of terrorists flying in our creeks and camping out and feasting on our bass it makes me sick.I’ve seen the damage they do and know it’s a fact.I dream of my old M-60 back in my hands if only for just a little while…

I burn firewood inside on an open hearth brick fireplace in my great room and wood stove in our den. Outside I’ve got a brick bbq pit , fire barrel 55 gallon drum and several areas on the property to build campfires when the need arrives . We keep a fire going when it gets cold, nothing better for pure warmth imo.

I went down to my boat shed and located the Berkely bait and it’s not it. The eyes and body were almost the same but didn’t have the coffin bill

A flat tire on the boat trailer at 5:30 am on the interstate going to Clark Hill this February was a bad indicator. Finally launched at 10. Got skunked, left lake at 4, had a flat on other side of boat trailer on way back home right at dark.Made in China

Here’s a couple from this past Spring

Texas rig and Carolina rig a toss up for me.as far as favorite goes it depends on how they’re eatn’em. I can change my mind in a heartbeat

There are plenty of old trails left on that lake that my friends and I blazed as youngsters back in the sixties. i still take my boat over there a couple times a year, mainly in Spring.10 hp motor maximum restriction. I remove my prop and use trolling motor only and that’s allowed .I caught a couple 5’s and 4’s in there this past Spring but the cormorants have done some damage be advised. Good luck

That could be a new rule that I’m not aware of. I’ll check with a friend that lives right outside the gate and report back.
