@king fisher agree on a bit bulky, that’s why I only do 4 wraps. I’ve not had any issues with mono or flouro since I’ve been using it .

I prefer Gerald Swindels knot. Don’t know the actual name of that knot but it’s very good.simple , quick and strong. Double the line through the eye then 4 over hands around double line and then back through loop at eye. Snip 3 tag ends and done

I’ve only fished Pickwick Lake 4 times, years ago we’d visit my wife’s parents in NE Mississippi.As a visitor to the lake I got some good information from a bait and tackle shop to fish around State Line Island. Caught some good smallmouth and largemouth on the backside of it.also there’s a duck blind down off the lower end of the island that seemed to hold fish .Beautiful lake.

I’ve been on and off with Flourocarbon for the last 15 years or so. I fished my first club tournament in 2 years last week since my lumbar fusion and used Seaguar 15 invizx on a Texas rig and weighed in 15 pounds. Needless to say to say the big spots liked it and I liked it. I’m back on it lol.Lake Lanier is fishing great right now.Fish what gives you confidence!
