Lews reels are a bit finicky in my opinion but get it Dialed in good and just practice practice you’ll get it can’t learn a baitcaster overnight.

I use a white ducket rod all the time the color doesn’t bother me? I have a friend however that hates white rods he also can’t stand my mojos because he says they are purple he doesn’t like purple? He seems to like red and black weird... but some ppl are just like that ? Oh and mojos are not purple more like a black cherry.

I don’t think it’s a stupid idea I mean there has to be a market out there for that one rod one reel bank fisherman and if they can come up with a revamped decent solid baitcaster that can change gears by a good manufacturer, ppl will buy it.
