Booyah spinnerbaits are highly productive for me they were the first spinnerbaits I started using and the pond Magic’s are awesome I don’t really throw them anymore I use war eagle now and if I want a compact spinnerbait I’ll use the war eagle finesse 5/16.

I really believe he had no idea how close he was to winning I think if he knew he would have done things different. keep practicing adjusting you’ll get used to the reels. I don’t think anything is wrong with the reels your just not used to those type of reels this is why many ppl stick with a specific brand because they don’t want to learn to get used to different type of braking system of reels.

You can but grass and junk will get caught up on the snap kinda defeats the purpose of a somewhat weedless lure, also it will move out of position with most R bend spinnerbaits but if you must! tie the R bend with some braid and a dab of super glue.

68, 610 whatever but it really depends on the length of that handle because you can have a 610 rod with a 15 inch handle that rod will be like using a 67,68 rod.

You don’t have to use crankbaits throw a soft plastic you’ll catch no doubt.

I use a 6’8 medium fast mojo, perfection! I also use a 6”10 ghost those rods are not rated but they are a lot stiffer more like a medium extra fast I use it for soft plastic jerk baits because I sometimes use a heavy wire hook and I need more hook setting power.

It will work but it’s not optimal,What baits will you be throwing exactly? Swim baits?
