What kind of deals can I expect t the classic? Particularly a 12"or bigger Humminbird graph. I've heard Bass Pro runs good deals?

I used a casting rod for years and switched to a 7' M/F Zodias spinning and will never go back to casting for a weigthless wacky, way easier to skip under docks. I still use a casting rod for texas rigged weightless senkos around cover.

The new 2023 models of the tatula elites has two jerkbait rods. Anyone know the difference in these rods? Would it be an over simplification to say one is more open water/ smallmouth and the other is around cover /largemouth? Which would throw a 110 best?

I noticed better hookups when I changed to a slower (moderate) action rod. Let them eat it better

Thanks for the replies and research, I do want a pole anchor just spot lock as I guide kids a lot and would like to stay in place along pads without any movement. I rarely fill the livewell so I guess that is probably pretty comparable (dry livewell w/ talons roughly equals full livewell no talons)

I have an 07' lund mr. Pike 17 with a 115 on the back, I want to put talons on but afraid of the extra weight being too much. Any others put them on a similar boat? Also, what is the best mounting method?

Wacky senko around anything that looks brassy

VMC #2 Neko hook is an awesome hook to wacky rig a 5" senko, they have a weedless version too.

Try a hair jig, Feider Fly from outkast tackle is a good option.
