I use it all the time on everything except braided line. KVD Line & Lure Conditioner is a great product and it doesn't hurt a think to get it on your reel.

Well, as I understand the OP's question, he was asking how to set the drag on a FRESHWATER spinning reel which I also assume would be mounted on a BASS rod. I doubt he will be using 30 lb leader, but regardless of that, 7.5 - 10 lbs of drag is probably not compatible with the rod.

Well, if your audience is local you should contact local merchants. You are going to have to "sell the deal" and the competition is stiff even if you are a non-profit organization.
