  1. I like a leader on all braided lines for several reasons: 1. Reduced visibility 2. Abrasion resistance 3. The ability to break-off when needed
  2. Here ya go: http://www.bassresource.com/fishing_lures/DHC7-761-CAHFS-primmus-review.html
  3. The situation comes up in every game and this is why the rule is so specific.
  4. Well, now that was quite a game. CONGRATULATIONS!
  5. Big O invented the "flange" or "ridge" and patented it for his Rage Tail Baits. Other companies began copying the design and Strike King has gone after them aggressively.
  6. Yeah, sometimes great jokes just can't be posted here, but I still get to see 'em!
  7. I don't think so... Lots of posts on this thread don't make the cut and this was one of them. As all of you seasoned veterans know, this is a "Family Friendly" forum. -Kent
  8. Congratulations! That was the most exciting game I have seen all year. We'll see how things shake out today, but I look forward to another match-up between Brady and Manning next week. Any chance of changing the venue from Foxborough to Denver?
  9. He's not crying, he's cursing. Tom Brady is not just the leader of the team. he is an enforcer. Brady expects everyone to work just as hard as he does and deliver on the field. Bill Belichick doesn't make all the Patriots personell decisions.Drop too many balls and they might trade you to Denver!
  10. Welcome aboard! You will want to ask this question on one of the regional boards. Spend a few minutes looking around the site to get familiar with our many sections. If you are from Trenton, MO that would be the Central section; Trenton, NJ would be Northeast.
  11. Finesse does not require downsizing your lure or bait, but that is an option.
  12. The Spro McStick is 4.3" and weighs 1/2 oz. Megabass Ito Vision 110 4 1/3" and 1/2 oz.
  13. Lucky Craft Pointer, Megabass Ito Vision 110, Spro McStick, Smithwick Perfect 10 and Ima Fit. After the water warms up a bit and the fish are more active the Rapala X-Rap comes into play.
  14. I fish the Cut-R T-rigged with a bullet weight and as a trailer on the Rage Blade, naked.
  15. Welcome aboard!
  16. My obsession is jerkbaits. I collect several brands, but the Vision is my favorite. I probably have more LC than any other brand and they are the most productive for me. Still, I'm drawn to the Vision 110, original and FX series.
  17. I'm a collector. I doubt that I have actually fished any more than 5% of my hard lures. I love Megabass, especially the Ito Vision 110.
  18. I have had the privilege of fishing with a dozen or more BR members, which has been a thrill for me! On three occasions I have been with Big O. I also fish a charity tournament once a year (my one and only tournament fishing) with a young man, David Allen, who is a FLW Division "Angler Of The Year". http://www.flwoutdoors.com/bassfishing/bfl/choo-choo/boater-standings/2014/
  19. You might consider talking with Mike at DVT about building a custom. He built one for me last year and it is impressive!
  20. #12 Sunline Super Natural
  21. I have found that the action of the trailer is the trigger using a straight retrieve. Rig a Menace vertically on your jig and see what you think.
