The Road To The Super Bowl
I'm not taking anything away from the Bill's defensive performance, but a couple of dropped passes make the statistics a little misleading. Game breakers for sure.

$1.99
Well, sometimes pricing has nothing to do with cost. I have a Shell and Exxon a few blocks away that are always high by 20 cents or so. This is jokingly referred to as a "safety premium". However, both are currently maintaining a 40 cent premium. I like doing business in the neighborhood, but I am not willing to pay a $10 premium to fill my tank. The cheapest gas in the Memphis area is $2.09.

Blade Bait V. Football Jig
School me on fishing a spoon. I have several spoons that are several years old simply because they have never been fished. Life expectancy on the reserviors of the Tennessee River has been two or three casts at best.

The Road To The Super Bowl
What? http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2014/12/15/7392791/2014-nfl-standings-week-15-tiebreakers-playoff-picture-clinch Those of us with favorites among the top tier all believe we have a good shot at the ring. And although Wilson had a good game and Rogers did not, let's take a look at the leader board: http://espn.go.com/nfl/qbr Peyton and the Broncos are very much in the hunt, but I hate playing Tom Brady in Foxborough!

$1.99
CNN is reporting unleaded gasoline has dropped below $2 per gallon in 13 states: Data from price tracker GasBuddy.com shows that three states -- Oklahoma, Louisiana and Ohio -- have at least one station each selling regular gas for less than $1.90 a gallon. Cheap gas is most frequently found at stations in Oklahoma, which was the first state to break the $2 a gallon mark on Dec. 3. Another ten states -- Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Texas and Virginia -- also have gas for less than $2. Crude oil appears to be headed to $40 per barrel.

Assemble A New Smallie Setup.
On the Tennessee River the A-Rig is very effective fall through spring = Heavy Baitcasting gear Fishing ledges in deep water with 10" worms and 1 oz jigs = MH or H Baitcasting gear I prefer M or MH baitcasting gear for most treble hooks Weightless and lightly weighted soft plastics, tubes, dropshot and live bait = Medium spinning gear

Dumbest Or Most Silliest Things Said To You Or Heard While Fishing
Killin' 'em floating with the #1 trout guide on the White River with ghoti and Long Mike, a "pretend to be a guide" with clients nearly ran over us basically in the middle of the river (what a clown). As he paseed and we hooked up a double, we overheard the guide explainin why they had not caught a fish: "We have been fishing close to the dam and the water is just too cold for these trout."

Is This The Right Way To Tie The Albright?
Overkill First of all, #50 mono is WAY too big for any type of bass fishing. The "Improved Albright" is called an "Alberto Knot". You don't need glue, but I suggest CAREFULLY using a lighter to creat a small knob on the braided tag end.

What Is The Best Braid?
The easy choice is Sufix 832 which most guys like. After testing a number of brands for the past two years, I think The TUF-Line Tournament 8 is my favorite. The line is soft for easy casting, has not frayed and is as strong as any line I have used. http://www.tuf-line.com/products_TUF-Lines_26.html

Buzzbaits
MegaStrike has just come out with a 1/2 ounce version which I am VERY excited about. My collection of Cavitrons spans a decade or so. I still fish my original black on black. This is a great buzzbait! For gear, I'm fishing 7'3" MHF baitcaster and a fast reel spooled with #12 Yo-Zuri Hybrid. This is a review of the rod & reel: http://www.bassresource.com/fishing_lures/dhc7-primmus-review.html

What Do You Consider A Dink In Terms Of Largemouth Bass?
Statewide there is no minimum length for largemouth, smallmouth or Kentucky bass. On specified reserviors minimums have been set. Pickwick for example has a 15" minimum for smallmouth. Most tournaments specify 12" or 14" for largemouth and spots. As others have already stated, I consider a dink anything less than the legal requirement or in the case of non-restricted water, 12" or less. However, in this region most guys consider a "decent bass " to be 3lbs or more.

No excuses. But note to everyone else...The A-Rig is VERY effective!

What Line For Jerkbaits?
I know and I am not disputing you or KVD, I'm just saying there are a lot of different opinions even among the Elite. I'm thinking Yo-Zuri Hybrid might be the perfect compromise!

Jerkbait/topwater Baitcast Rod?
That's my dedicated jerkbait rod, too! The tip is soft which makes this an ideal tool for treble hook lures.
