  2. Geez...It's always something. Good luck with the remodeling, I'm sure it will turn out fine.
  3. Try a few different brands, they are all fairly inexpensive. I just purchased 600 yards of Yo-Zuri Hybrid on sale for $8.99. I also picked up 1500 yards of Izorline for $16.99. Then another 20% off and free shipping with some additional purchases.
  4. A large portion of the fun for me is collecting gear. When it comes to rods & reels I expect to keep them forever.
  5. I have never seen anything like that before in freshwater. I'm thinking maybe a flounder photo shopped.
  6. Hmm... I would recommend a 7' Medium Heavy Power/ Moderate Action rod for treble hooks and MHF for single hooks.
  7. High end gear from members in our Flea Market. Perhaps the best example was a purchase from a member who had won two Shimano Stella at a local tournament. I ended up buying NIB Stella 1000FA and a 2500FB for $600, $300 each.

  9. Big worms seem to be a better warm weather bait around here, too.
  10. Send Bluebasser a PM or e-mail to find out more about buying the blade.
  11. I have had great luck this year with a white skirt and white Rage Structure Bug trailer. Another suggestion is fishing the Chatterbait skirtless with a Cut-R trailer. For a much slower presentation the Rage Blade rules!
  12. The Pinnacle DHC7 series is still on sale for $228.88, free shipping and this week take an additional 25% off! Best value on the internet.
  13. I had days this year when the swim jig ruled, others when it was nothing but a Chatterbait. There is no reason to take either out of the line-up.
  14. It is ironic. The SEC eats its own! As crazy as it would be, the dominate conference in the country might not have a representative the way the National Championship Playoffs are being structured this year.
  15. I have been trying a lot of different lines including a variety of braid/ fluorocarbon combinations. For the most part these new lines are our BassResource sponsors. I have been VERY impressed with the Seaguar lines and TUF-Line. Addressing the OP's question regarding co-polymer, I don't think you can beat Yo-Zuri Hybrid.
  16. C'mon...The more you buy the more you save!
  17. Do you believe in miracles? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYscemhnf88 Missouri 23 Alabama 21
  18. Denver's running game is showing signs of life.
  19. The swing jig is effective, too.
  20. Well, I consider both Rage Tail and MegaStrike "custom pour". Big O and Bobby design their baits and oversee production.
  21. Well, it now comes down to Alabama or Mississippi State. Both teams should have challenges today.
  22. I had Mike at DVT supertune both of my Curados. They now perform on par with my Core, believe it or not!
  23. It really boils down to how the reels feel in your hand. I have the Curado 50 & 200 and both the Core 50Mg and 100Mg. My preference is the 50 series.
