  1. 3 dots, bottom right corner...tap that and you have more editing options including resize. At least on my A-51 and the wife's S23....if your S24 doesn't have it, then for some reason they removed it.
  2. I just like that the camera app on my Samsung has a built in editing function....including resizing.
  3. #3-#5 Comet - forget the bare or 'fluffy tail' Mepps - go for the minnow.
  4. And I thought you were a nice guy too. (I had....shall we say....issues with both my DI's during Basic)
  5. You actually did that on purpose?!?! I WANT MY HAIR BACK!!! Chemo sucks in that respect.
  6. GIM! HEEL!!! If someone likes it, the fashion police have no leg to stand on.
  7. Confirmed - I wear mine all the time when in the boat...frequently forget I have it on when trailering and ready to go home.
  8. Happy Birthday, 'old man'. (105 days until I catch up)
  9. It's a crime against alcohol.
  10. Neither Porterhouse, light salt and pepper. Broiled or grilled until rare. Side of pan-fried potatoes and steamed broccoli.
  11. My NOCO Genius hasn't given me issues in 4 years.
  12. ^ I would never disable the auto-inflate function. I've got an Onyx 24 A/M and it's yet to self-activate. I check the bobbin frequently and have replaced the kit once due to it getting old (color change on bobbin). I store it in the basement, away from the heat/humidity outside, and wear it all the time I'm in the boat...not that that's happened this year...not just when the main motor is running.
  13. And you don't want to have it cross itself - Palomar knot, you need to make sure the two bights in the loop don't cross each other...otherwise you weaken the knot significantly.
  14. It'll help by being less likely to be seen by the fish Fresh water has an index of refraction (IoR) of 1.33 - plus or minus depending on suspended particulates. Mono's IoR ranges from 1.52-1.63 Flouro's IoR is around 1.42 So being closer to water's IoR, Flouro is harder to see, which makes the lure stand out a bit more.
  15. If it's improved - had one several years ago, got rid of it as soon as I could.
  16. Acquaintance of mine is a guide - I went on one trip with him this year (yes, I paid). Chatting - he told me it took about 5 years before he started breaking even...luckily his wife worked and was able to cover the normal bills and his 'losses' over that time. He's been doing it for 15 years now and has a 6 week waiting list. @FryDog62 is up here visiting and he went out with Matt a few days ago, so can confirm that Matt knows what he's doing.
  17. It can be melted down but it requires a much higher temp (6000f vs 600f for lead) Old friend of mine was a part-time blacksmith and he forged a tungsten knife....when he was done he said 'never again'.
  18. Ya - your best bet is to get a bunch of Silca Gel packs and toss 1/2 a dozen or so in a plastic bag with the phone. But I'm willing to bet that the phone will need replacement. That's why my phone case is one rated to withstand a dunking...not an extended stay underwater, but a couple minutes or so.
  19. Fisherman's Warehouse shows In Stock - https://www.fishermanswarehouse.com/product/daiwa-aird-x-casting-rod/154001 As does Kittery Trading Post - https://www.kitterytradingpost.com/daiwa-aird-x-7-1pc-8-17-m-f/?srsltid=AfmBOop0fo-DrLv6Os9HglpDNJrlDHQYzb1L17yycEJTawQJQGcpMgP3
  20. I'm in tri-focals and no way could I afford prescription sunglasses - Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid are all I've got. I do get my main glasses free - though I'm restricted in frame styles...so I went with these. MEETSUN Fit Over Glasses Sunglasses Fit over my glasses, with side shields, mirrored fronts and come in a variety of lens colors - I have green, gray and amber. They work well, and are fairly stylish.
  21. We'll always remember you, Tommy. 😢
  22. I kept watching it in full screen, clicking back to the start multiple times. I don't see the spool moving forward and back within the frame - I see it slightly turning back and forth within the shaft guides (bearings or bearing/bushing) - which is totally normal....even my Tatulas and Patriarchs do that.
  23. Yep-yep. I dedicate one compartment in my boxes to gel packs...4 packs in my 3700s, 3 packs in my 3600s...specialty boxes get the same number, just wander around loose in the box, I.E. my spinnerbait box.
  24. If you find out, will you let me know cause I'm clueless. #alsoborninfiftynine
