  1. Again - the unstable product is Lithium-Ion...which is used in E-Vs, phones, tablets, flashlights, headphones, etc. LiFePo4 has proven to be extremely stable where it's used.
  2. Forget Amazon - Mighty Max has LiFePo4 batteries - and you can order them through Home Depot or Lowes...then you have a local place to take them to if they have issues.
  3. Do NOT use Lithium-Ion in your boat...those are the type that turn Teslas into fireballs. Boat use indicates LiFePo4 - different chemistry, much more stable.
  4. If the TM is your main source....I'd get a pair of 100ah or even 75ah so you don't end up stranded across the lake from your launch point. But carry a paddle anyway, even a cheap collapsible one is better than nothing...and learn how to scull. This is what I got in Bass Trek
  5. Stretching FC is not suggested because unlike Nylon-Mono - it doesn't rebound and you've now weakened the line. 2 years without a replacement is beyond what I'd suggest...I replace the line on FC mainline reels every year. I put backing on (Berkley Big Game) so that I'm only spooling 70-75 yds of the expensive FC Suggest a line treatment to help with the coiling issue - KVD is my treatment of choice. Drench it when spooling up, then a quick spritz the night before you go out.
  6. Prior years, my spinner/chatter rod was a 7'0" Aird-X MH/F - which acts more like a MH/MF. This year, I'm rigging my 7'3" Victory H/MF for that duty....it'll also be for my small swim bats (Bucca Baby Shad and Baby Gill)
  7. I've been very happy with my Might Max AGM 100ah running my Edge-45. I've had 4-6 hrs of intermittent runtime and still come back with 75% or more charge
  8. Looks perfect from here - and anyone who wants a local-copy....there's an option under 'File' labeled 'Download'.
  9. Considering the massive drop in my fishing budget - plus I don't really need anything....I think my spending is gonna be my license and maybe a few packs of plastics that I can get at a good discount...so maybe $50 total.....
  10. You got fuses installed in the lines? Finder definitely needs one.stereo would also need one...general use plug could benefit from one as well...separate fuses of appropriate ratings for each item.
  11. I'll be re-spooling the casting reels and one spinning this coming week - rest of my spinners are braid-leader, and the braid is only 2 years old. New license is also on the table and soon as the eldest g-daughter gets her ID, she gets a youth license...g-son is only 13, so doesn't need one yet...those are the two I take out most often. Also have to teach the g-son how to use a casting rig.
  12. That's just for Mille Lacs - way you posted I thought it was a statewide thing...not that I'd keep a 17"...3.0 pound average is above my selective-harvest size range.
  13. @gim - dude...where'd you see that 17" reg....I can't find it anywhere in the booklet....searched my PDF copy.
  14. Another way to do it, retaining the size/readability and not taking up any of @Glenn 's precious drive space Create a new document Copy the one page from the old document to the new one Save the new document to Google-Drive Set the security to 'Any one with the link can view' Get the share link Post the link here. Everyone gets a very readable view and can download the file if they want, and doesn't use more BR Server space than any other non-picture message.
  15. ^ We've been having 50's/30's the past week. The snow is almost completely gone from my backyard...the front will take longer as it's almost completely shaded by the house (8' from the foundation to the street). Yesterday was VERY foggy around the lake; driving to and from my infusion appointment, at times I couldn't see the lake despite the road being only 12'-15' from the edge. Hopefully that means a quick ice-out and I can chase bass (and crappies) soon.
  16. Expand the sheet to show only what you want to copy/paste. Increase the font size. Take a snapshot, then shrink to fit BR's size limit. This is from my spreadsheet showing my lineup for 2026 It's still going to be a little blurry - but that's just the drawback of screenshooting other files.
  17. For just a bit more than the Tatula XT - I'd go for the St Croix Panfish. I'm using the 7'3" ML/XF for most of my finesse work and it's really a nice rod for that. Don't let the 'Panfish' label trick you...it really is a nice bass-finesse rod.
  18. That is a very tough break, Craig...hopes for a speedier recovery.
  19. Ya - just a quick press of the power button tares the scale....longer press to power off
  20. Yep - my old Abu Cardinal 562 has that setup.I might throw some line on it, mount it on my ancient Daiwa 1312 ML rod, and take it out....just for nostalgia's sake...I did catch a lot of fish on that rig.
  21. Yep - she's a keeper.....oh wait....we already knew that. Good going, Lynn.
  22. It's just your kind of luck, Chris....😁
  23. I LOVE swordfish....more for me I guess. 😁 How anyone can say that deep fried is 'eating fish' is beyond me. You're eating a crispy coating that kinda has some fish in there somewhere.
  24. I always try to get a 5.x spinning reel as those are closer to my casting reels in IPT...have to go JDM cause the models I like don't sell the 5.x reels this side of the 'big water'.
  25. I use these 'badge holders' for mine. You can clip them to belt-loops or D-Rings or directly to your belt. This pic you can see my scissors and a pair of pliers dangling from my belt.
