Anyone have experience with using Seaguar r18 hard flouro as a main line
I heard that the stretch was very low but am unsure. I was conserving trying it as a main line alternative to braid to leader. It's odd that it comes in 87 yard spools.

Techniques Where FC Main Line Is A Must ?
Same question I have. It can't be magical Anybody have a recommendation if a floro that has little stretch but is still manageable? 12lb tatsu was unbearable to me. Looking in the 15-20lb range

Anyone have the Megabass P5 Tachyon Shaft?
So I've been out twice with mine now. It's not a pole cue. It's got a soft enough tip to skip a 6 inch senko (not light) without issue. I think it bight actually be able to skip a five inch

Can you help me identify this on Metanium B?
When I went to swap the handle around one of these tiny four screws was out. It's so small I can't tell what tool would be used to put it back in. It actually looks like there is a little nipple on the end so it doesn't look like an Allen head

Anybody put a longer handle on an aldebaran?
I'm just wondering as I'm considering putting a a longer handle on my aldebaran. Can the aldebaran internals take the increased torque?

Braid to stretchy leader
Are you referring to straight line or using it as your leader?

Is the heavier fluorocarbon less stretchy?

Braid to stretchy leader
I've always run braid to leader. I switched two reels to straight 12lb tatsu and absolutely hated it. Everything felt really gummy to me on the tatus vs my normal 40lb smackdown to whatever leader I like. I guess that's what you get when you start on braid instead of fluorocarbon.

Braid to stretchy leader
I'm a braid to leader guy. I tried to switch to floro and it felt like a rubber band. It has got me thinking, is there or would it make sense to use some sort of stretchy mono to use for shock absorbing. Think a chatterbait or jerkbait on heavier and faster rods than normal. What I'm really asking is, is there a abnormally stretchy mono or fluorocarbon that would be worth testing as a leader to braid in lieu of your standard floro leaders. I like to use a fast rod with braid to leader and sometime the rod unloads when I don't want it to. I want to know if there's a more stretchy leader that could help

Poison Adrena vs NRX
I had to buy a second because I loved the first so much. One i pitched light Texas rigs and senkos on all summer, the other I threw a jack hammer. I throw little wake baits, square bills, top water, flukes. Hell, I slayed them this morning throwing a vision 110 on it with braid to 16lb leader. Sure, I bent a few hooks but it was fun. Point is, it's for a fast enough tip to set single hook baits.

Poison Adrena vs NRX
I have the nrx 893, the steez bottom contact and the adrena 7'2h. To me, the nrx has that jolty type sensitivity where as the bottom contact is as sensitive but deeper in the blank, the bottom contact just feels more solid. The 7'2 h is plenty sensitive but to me it's "fast tip" is closer to the more moderate action of the 7'3 MH Adrena. You aren't missing bites with the 7'2h adrena or any of these rods. I haven't had a ton of time on it.

Releasing and thumbing the spool while fighting fish
I'd bet most of the pros doing this are NOT using high end reels. Unfortunately due to sponsors a lot of these guys are using middle of the road gear, at least from what I can see.

2020 Tatula Sv Upgrades
I'm brand new to the dawia game coming from Shimano. Typically, I buy higher end shimanos like the metanium, aldebaran or Batman but have picked up a new tatula for skipping. My understanding is that dawias are a lot more upgradable and have more parts available to them in the aftermarket arena. For example, I've heard one reviewer stating putting ceramic bearings made their tatulas performance more like steez's reels. Are there a lot of ways to change this reel and if so what do you guys prefer ? Different handles, bearings, spools, color accents, knobs? Is there a way to make it a tad bit lighter overall with something like a handle change. I appreciate any info from you dawia guys.
