  1. Yeah, I always think I’m missing out on some action when I’m not there. When i am there and there’s not much action it just confirms that I was right and it must was been amazing when I wasn’t there. Lol.
  2. Anyone try them for your smaller swimbaits. I couldn’t find ball heads with a long enough shank when I was at the store. So I picked up a few of these. They seem to swim great. The Ned hook might be a little light not sure yet. The shakey head seemed to be a great match up time will tell. I also used 1/4 ounce football heads that was a great match up for the 4.8 kietec. I need to order some real swimbait heads but these seem to work for now. I e caught a few so far. Any thoughts opinions.
  3. I sure do get plenty of fresh air. Lol
  4. Who went out yesterday in the 48 degree steady rain for 3 hours to not catch anything. ?THIS GUY?
  5. Yeah, long arm or not that’s a big one. I could tell by the mouth and gill plate compared to your hand. There’s no chance of mistaking that one.
  6. That thing looks huge
  7. I like it. I can’t quite make out the model but how do you like it.
  8. Bps carbonlite2.0 mh/f with a currado= $269 Bps carbonlite 2.0 m/f spinning Shimano nasci=$220 tackle backpack ~$50 or so some trrminal tackle, soft plastics, a few spinner baits, a couple lipless a few square bills and a jig or two. Then go fishing and see what you like to throw. Those two rods will do allot of things. While your figuring out what you like to throw. The most important thing is you’ll never outgrow them. That’s the start of a nice collection. Starting with decent gear is better in the long run. I started with a couple cheaper setups, started replacing them the first season. Good luck lots of decent gear out there in your budget to get started.
  9. The disco green zako looks good on it also.
  10. I’ve never caught a fish at the one pond I fish at. My buddy was trying one out and you really couldn’t feel it thump on his rod so I tied one on mine for him to try. Makes one cast and bang catches one. Unbelievable On a chatterbait I forgot to add.
  11. Nothing fancy, my last three weeks impulse buys from dicks sales. Now we’re to put it. Sorry about the glare.
  12. Gotta admire there heart and determination
  13. As soon as I put the car in park it starts raining hard. What to you guys think. WP110 or jackhammer, never caught a chatterbait fish here just thinking it will thump hard in the rain. It’s 68 degrees out I’m gonna guess the water is low to mid 50’s. I could also go lipless.
  14. Caught a bunch of them. This pond holds decent fish to, I guess none of them were hungry. Caught them on a 4.8 fat impact on a 1/2 ounce head. Little buggers gave it there all.
  15. A freind of mine grabbed the combo for $140 last month I think. He likes it. The real is great for $99. The rod is decent for $99, it becames a great $40 rod real fast.
  16. A few stores around here have tons of the storm ones. I’ll try wich ever one looks better.
  17. I’m glad you showed that pic I bet that will work in the pond I go to all the time. Most days it has to be green.
  18. All I have to say there is wow I might have to get one of those to hang on the wall
  19. I’ve been thinking about that for a setup in the future. Never held one but the slightly softer action I hear about makes it sound like it might be a great mod/fast+ for those baits.
  20. Great day. I went out for 3-1/2 hours on sat without a single bite.
  21. I just hear my girlfriend now, Really now your buying fishing stuff from japan to,REALLY!! Lol.
  22. I live about a hour or so from there it’s a really cool place to check out. Never drive by without stopping by just for fun. The amount of just STUFF from firearms fishing hunting camping. Just a great place.
  23. Great post, my hardbait collection is tarting to grow but a years worth of softplastics Is definitely more then buying a few quality hardbaits every season.
