I have a pic of one caught by a good friend, shoot me you E-mail and I'll send it to you. My other buddy has the lake recorcd (unofficial) on his wall. And get this, it's a northern strain.........hhhhhmmmmmm, makes you think. I hooked a really big one with my buddy Roy in his jon, it threw the hook on a jump. No guess on weight, but it would have made my top 5 based on the length alone. I have caught countless 5-6 pounders over the years and mostly at night. The black Jitterbug has been king lately.......So many people don't listen , they might listen now. ;D

For awhile it was a 1963 chevy2 with a small block and a glide theN a Harley W/ 1200 shovelhead. I also build WWII German and Italian aircraft models. Oh and I alomost forgot........Cigars (my wifes favorite "NOT!")

Just talked on the phone with one of my neighbors and he got a nice one out of Royal a few nights ago on a Jitterbug. He has pics and it weighed 7lbs5oz.............Killin me!!! I could'nt make it out the past couple of nights, but I will be putting in some time at Lake Anna tommorow on my buddies new Ranger.......

I used to pull a all day canoe trip from the low water to about 3/4 of the way to rt50.......40+ fish and my buddy hooked a huge musky and failed to land it. He did land a really nice walleye. I'll try to get some info for you. Have you thought about river bend park or algokian?? Close to home.

Do yourself a favor, drive to Greentop(just north of Richmond, Va). See how it's done and see if you can set up a meeting with the owner, I bet he'd be cool with it!!!
