Vise
I recommend that you get one that rotates. You can do a lot more a lot easier with it. I have a Dan Vice that I have been using for a long time. It has worked great. I have tied several thousand jigs with it.

Bass boat trailer questions
Several years ago several 20’ boats were on single axles. They weren’t rigged like today’s boats and could get by with only having one. My boat is 20’4”. It weighs 2000 lbs. The motor is around 600#. I carry 55 gallons of gasoline. I have 5 batteries and I’d hate to guess how much lead and plastic. Lots of today’s boats are similarly rigged that way. A tandem axle is a must for that kind of weight. I have haven’t had much extra maintenance except for extra tires.

Hook setting
That is a pretty small hook. I’d use a 3/0 or 4/0. I’d also Texskin instead of Texas rig. jb makes a good point about the rod and drag.

Small Baitcasters
I use a Curado 70 with 6# fluorocarbon for Neds. 3/16 oz is as low as I go.

Using rods for out of spec uses??
Personally I don’t pay attention to those numbers. I tie something on and if the rod handles it then I’m good.

Owner Phantom Tube Hook Upgrade
That looks good but seems like a lot of work. Unless you don’t fish a lot of rocks. Tubes don’t last very long where I fish. I just put a bell sinker over the hook inside the tube.

Loading/Unloading Bass Boat Trim?
It is different depending on if you are by your self or not and how you unload. If you back in, climb aboard, start the motor, then push off, you need it deep enough to pick up water while running. If you unload with a rope, leave it up until you are in the boat ready to get underway. When power loading trim up enough to keep the motor from hitting the ramp as you move onto the trailer. This will also raise the bow and facilitate the loading process. Repetition makes everything easier.

Battery Configuration? (HDS 12, Ghost in 24V mode, and outboard motor)
Looking at your list, I’d get the Natulis group 31 for all of them. It can handle your engine and tmotor.

Battery Configuration? (HDS 12, Ghost in 24V mode, and outboard motor)
One thing not mentioned here is Reserve capacity. That determines how long your batteries will give your trolling motor good power. The higher that number the better.
