  1. I used to play World of Tanks on my Xbox but I deleted it because none of my friends play/own it.
  2. Yeah where I live most people dont even know their is fish in the local lake and I am pretty much the only person who fishes more then once or twice a year. But a bass club would be sick.
  3. In freshwater I eat trout and sometimes bluegill, I mostly eat saltwater bottom fish like flounder, sanddabs, and sculpin, but I have also ate sharks and greenling. I never have eaten any type of bass.
  4. I haven't had anyone really copy me, but I hate when people are lazy and ask me on the social media post of the fish, where I caught the fish, what bait I was using, what lure I was using, how I caught It. It annoys me because I had to work and learn how to figure out the little bit of spots I fish and their just being lazy and not putting the work in.
  5. Yeah most of the people I saw catch them would just throw em on the bank.
  6. Bluegillslayer, because I started just fishing ultralight for anything that would bite and I mostly caught bluegill.
  7. I have fished lakes where you catch 10 pikeminnow before any other species, their kind of cool but really slimy.
  8. Hello PNW saltwater anglers, I fish the puget sound from a dock near my house. Every summer me and my brothers bottom fish off the dock using 3 way swivel rigs and frozen shrimp. In the summer this setup is a excellent saltwater multispecies rig and catches flounder, sanddab, striped perch, sculpin, dog sharks, greenling, and sculpin, but once winter comes around the bite almost completely shuts down. Recently I have tried using tiny live shrimp and have been catching really tiny fish around the docks. Has anyone else have had this problem? Any ideas about other rigs or bait to try? At this point I just want to catch a flatfish because I have not caught one in months. Thanks for any advice.
  9. 2020 was my best fishing year so far. Mainly because I caught several new species including pikeminnow, pink salmon, sockeye salmon, pumpkinseed, smallmouth bass and a variety of new saltwater species. I also caught two of my biggest fish ever a silver salmon and a halibut in Alaska. I also caught some fish in several states I have never fished before I also bought a new row boat and a trolling motor all for less than 300 dollars. I also caught a new pb bluegill and largemouth bass. Something I would have done differently this year would be to spend less time at a pond that's filled with super dinks and more time at the lake that's filled with larger bass. Overall I am glad I took advice from youtube and people here and began to use more soft plastics and topwater. Its been a great fishing year and I cant wait to fish the spring and summer next year.
  10. Yes I know, I thought it looked kind of cool so I made a joke about it lol ? .
  11. A hot summer evening fishing plastic worms or topwater, or a warm fall day throwing inlines.
  12. That first smallie must be a new species, Ive never seen one with blue streaks like that.....LoL?
  13. It would be fishing 100%, where I live there are so much deer that you could harvest one from the front porch. All you have to do is go sit near a apple tree in the morning or evening and wait till a unlucky buck or doe comes along its not that hard. I personally hunt because I think its kind of fun, but its mostly just for food and because most of my family does it. With fishing you are constantly doing something, casting, re tying, looking for places that look "fishy," I know its different for everyone, but for me hunting is waiting. When me and the deer make eye contact, when I aim and shoot, when I look and find the deer and we drag it back home, I get a undescribable adrenaline rush but it only lasts a little bit, when I catch a good fish, that rush can last a day or two that's why I would choose fishing over hunting but I love both.
  14. Any one buy and fish it? Is it any good? Its a popper but it has a soft body and a skirt like a topwater frog, Its also the perfect size for a popper for the lake I fish at 2 inches. I know it might be a little late for topwater but maybe I can get a good black friday deal on it and use it next season.
  15. weightless rig curly tail worms/craws, wacky rig stickbaits.
  16. I use their 3 inch curly tail grubs, but I've had way more success on 3 inch powergrubs. They still work pretty good though, I want to try their 4 inch ringworms and their 6 inch worms.
  17. I shot my second buck ever today, island deer do not get too big but he will definitely feed the family.
  18. My buddy fishes like that for some reason, multiple people including fishing guides have told him he was fishing his reel upside down but he does not listen. ?
  19. A hulapopper with a few giant splitshots about 10 inches above it, weirdest rig i have ever seen.
  20. I fish a few ponds where the average bass is 8 to 10 inches and have never have had any stick baits stolen and I don't use the o-ring.
  21. I have fished beatlespins alot and have never caught a fish with the "beatle" attached to the blade, but after switching the beatle with a curly tail it worked pretty good for small bass
