Gross Fishy Hands
Doesn't bother me in the least to be honest...I'm not gonna eat ribs and lick sauce off my hands while fishing..but no I don't bring a towel but will wash my hands in the lake and wipe them on my jeans if need be..fishy hands are better than hands that smell perfect because you got skunked

Big bite baits chunk trailer
I don't mind big bite stuff at all...they have a creature that looks like a baby brush hog..25pk for $5...I've had great luck with those

Best Bargain Craw
I used the havoc craw fatty a lot years ago...but I've since moved on to the Christie craw and zoom ultravibe speed craw...both great band for buck...both good alone, on a jig or even as a small topwater...oh great as a swim jig trailer as well

Favorite grub
Thanks for all the replies...I may grab some yamamoto stretch grubs and texas rig them

What is your favorite braid?
I've only ever tried spiderwire and power pro...liked the power pro so 65lb is on my frog rod. Only combo I use braid on. And yes I know I know I should use braid on spinning

If you want it buy it now?
Of course we all want more...that won't change. And we will definitely want things more when they are out of stock...that's how humans are wired. But in reality myself and most of us here could easily make due for a long time with what we have. When I started all I threw was a spinnerbait and a Texas rig. I now have an uncountable number of hooks, weights and plastics. Also have 50 or 60 spinnerbaits. So I'll tough it out if it comes to that.

Better size spinning reel for bass or general fishing
I use size 2500 for daiwa and size 30 for pflueger presidents

Big bite baits chunk trailer
I've used big bite stuff with good success...was wondering who uses these? How are they durability wise? How do they compare size wise for the bigger one to a standard zoom super chunk? Favorite colors?

Vision 110 Breaking
I've also heard they are a little more delicate than other baits but they are another example of pay to play. If they catch fish as good as everybody says then oh well. Look at yamamoto baits particularly senko. They catch fish arguably better than any other soft stickbait. But they are also more fragile and expensive so you gotta decide if it's worth it to you. Now onto the milliken thing...I've been a fan for years since before he started doing this youtube thing full time. Of course with that switch he has become a commercial for 6th sense in some of his videos...no different than regular TV fishing shows. They have been that way forever so I don't fault him for selling a companies product to make a living...that's how businesses work. One thing I don't like is somebody badmouthing a reputable company to make there's look better. Not saying that's what he did in this video but if it is the case..well that's not cool.

Favorite grub
Never texas rigged a grub..what size hook and weight you using? Are you fishing it like a Texas rig or swimming it?
-
Favorite football jig
I don't use football jigs often..but when I have I've used the bass patrol ones and find them to be very nice for the price. They are cheap: in cost not quality.

Way to in theory get ya to use more baits/techniques
Fair enough...I gave mine away 3 years ago or so and haven't had that experience...not once have I missed them

Way to in theory get ya to use more baits/techniques
I don't know why you would ever be in that position...I mean I know my local ponds so well that I never buy crap I don't need (he said sarcastically). I did something like this a few years ago but approached it differently. I gave away a bunch of stuff I wasn't using. They were good baits but I had no use for them so I gave a box of stuff to my brother in law. He doesn't fish much but does like artificial for bass when he goes so he was very happy with the gift

Your Current Top Water Line ?

Favorite grub
I used to throw a white 3 inch twister all the time and I caught...well pretty much everything but for some reason I got away from it. Maybe to throw baits that targeted bass only. Anyhow what are your favorite grubs? Colors? Size?

Tightening up your game
What are some lures or techniques where you feel you need the most work? For me there's two things that stand out for myself: first and foremost is the Ned rig... Now I've caught a few on it but for sure I don't have the magic of it harnessed yet. Secondly I wanna get better at ripping moving baits out of grass for reaction strikes. I can do well with swim jigs and senkos in grass but want to spend more time yanking lipless, chatterbaits and maybe squarebills out.

Your Old Standards
I feel like the powerbait rips up a little worse and it's more expensive...plus I havent had as good of results...that's a bad combination

Best spinning combo for ned rig
I bought a baitcast lightning rod this winter and will say for feel and build quality it's maybe the best generation of the rod this far...as far as the sienna goes I've got some smaller ones I use for panfish and my dad has 1 or 2 of the 1000 size he uses for walleye and bass and we both like them fine...no issues with them but they are at the end of the day a $30 reel so take from that what you will If you could swing 10 more bucks though I would get a pflueger trion over the shimano
-
Best spinning combo for ned rig
Bluebasser is right...Ned rig is one place where budget gear is perfectly acceptable and some would argue almost beneficial. So for under 75 you can still get a decent setup..if it was me if go with a 6ft6in Berkley lightning rod medium light moderate fast...for reel id go shimano sienna fg in 1000 or 2000 size...$70 bucks maybe even less at wal world

Favorite reel grease and oil
Perfect...guess I will just go with Abu oil and grease...should match up good with the Abu reel! Reading through all the old posts today was pretty overwhelming...a million different oils and grease getting suggested...one thing I saw that eased my mind was DVT saying something like don't get hung up on the brands of reel lube products...the most important thing is get everything clean then lube correctly Guess I should have just asked if anybody used the Abu stuff since that's what I have..but I sure appreciate all the replies anyhow
-
Favorite reel grease and oil
I've got a bottle of the Abu Garcia precision oil with the small metal applicator tip...is this sufficient for oil? Or should I get something else?
-
Favorite reel grease and oil
Pretty straightforward what oil and grease do you use for baitcasters?

The importance of grinding
Well today the weather man wasn't very generous. High of like 35 with a solid West wind...felt like 20. Said to heck with it and went out dragging a jig around for a few hours but only got one bite. Good thing she was close to 6lbs! Two big ones in less than two weeks with the weather swings we are having has me feeling pretty good right now!
