  1. Chicken or the egg. Like WI said you will definitely need electronics if your getting involved in tournament fishing. As to what kind that's a preference thing. I run helix 10 and a 12 and I think there great. Remember whatever you choose make sure it will be compatible with the trolling motor that you will upgrade to later.

  4. It would be a shame to give up something you really enjoy. I would definitely be carrying a side arm or bear spray. And be going with a friend.
  5. I've always favor glass boats if your going to be fishing med to large lakes. As for electronics if your going to be tournament fishing get the best that you can afford and a top shelf TM. One with spot lock for sure. And 36 volts if going with a 20' glass boat. I can' comment on the Vexus never been around one. Good luck in your search.

  7. Good place to start is straight across the lake from the first boat ramp. From there fish up to the campground. Drop shot and square bill are usually a good choice.

  11. Getting back into bass fishing. Did a lot when I lived in Florida now getting back in, Just traded my Nitro Z18 in for a Skeeter ZX 250. Looking to see what I can learn from everyone.
