That 36V TM would be a good fit. I’d keep my eyes open for some good deals on 12V deep cycle batteries. You don’t need to get extreme on your purchases of them. I’m sure someone on here will let you know of some good batteries at a good price.

Kirt, what boat are you going to be using it on? Is it a boat that needs a 36V TM. Or is it something small that only needs a 12V TM.

In Pa. If the fish and boat commission stock it then it’s open for public use. Unless it’s posted as hatchery waters.

Back down to central Florida. I never got bored with so many great fisheries. You can go in any direction and top quality fishing. Wife and I are thinking about snow birding it.

If using the number of cast to the strikes I’d say between 5% and 10% for normal days then there’s the days when the number goes up into the 30% range but also other days when it’s in the 0% to 2%. Interesting post.

Skeeter trailer comes with Vault hybrid hubs that like your require no maintenance for 10 years. I’ve hauled the boat for thousands of miles with no issues. Every time I stopped I feel the hubs and they have always been cool. That includes long trips to Texas, Florida both over a thousand miles of no stop driving except for fuel and food. Like you I was concerned but they prove to be very reliable.

Clear water lakes my choice has always been white or white/chartreuse. And as mentioned speed seems to trigger most of my bites. As for blades gold, silver, painted all seem to work at different times. Trailers I go with what bait fish are present. Don’t forget inline spinners. Wordens rooster tail and old stand by Mr. Twister in black or purple has bailed me out many a times.
