Don’t you love them?? My coworker has been telling me about this place for years. It changed hands and then moved locations, but still awesome service. I dropped my truck off today (e brake won’t hold) around 2:45 and they said they would look at it tomorrow. They called back today at 4:15 and said come pick it up, $61 with tax. I think I’ll give them at least $75 haha

I've got a good buddy that used to be a maintenance supervisor at my plant that also is a certified gm mechanic..he gets the majority of my business. He did about $1000 worth of brake work on my truck going by basic shop rates for about $600. Brakes work and I trust he didn't swap out anything unnecessary just to pump me for money. That piece of mind is worth alot.

I told this story a while back, a guy I used to work with is my mechanic. He’sa certified mechanic and is the mechanic for five lumber yards which is where I met him. I had an issue with my truck, he was three weeks out so the wife took it some place else. They quoted her $800 for plus, wires, coils, and plugs. Luck would have it my mechanic has a cancellation and got me in. He went through the diagnostic process and determined it was a burnt valve, not just in need of a tune up! About the same price, but I asked him who’s responsible for payment on a misdiagnosis? He said I would be. The saddest part of this is the place my wife took it to, is the most popular shop in town, it’s not a chain store, it’sa mom and pop shop but still it’s pretty scary for sure! I told him he can’t retire!

Mine just did!? He’s a friend from church that owned his own shop. Ive known him 25 years.Even though he was 15 miles away he got most of my serious work. Always honest.

Now his son took over the business. Hopefully he’ll keep the tradition going…
