What Kind of bass fishing do you wish you had?
My best days have been in those conditions. As much as I hate and complain about winter, I have every kind of fishing I need right here within a 1 hour drive from my home. I live 15 minutes from the number one bass lake in WV, 30 minutes from musky and smallmouth infested rivers, and 45 minutes from some of the best freestone native trout streams around. Pretty lucky I guess when I stop and think about it. I guess if I had to wish it would be larger lakes. Our two largest lakes are Summersville (2700 ac.) and the lake I fish, Stonewall Jackson (2650 ac.). I could drive the boat on Stonewall with my eyes closed I fish it so much. ;D I still hate winter!!! >

You can never have "TOO MUCH" tackle
I done that when The_Natural posted his tackle boxes. Nothing like someone else having it worse than you do. It makes those new tackle purchases seem more justified. ;D

Great trip

I had to go back and look but it's there. Great collection and some serious cash in that room.

Best state for bass fishing?
If I ever move from WV again, this is where I would go. Nice small town atmosphere, clean, and plenty of water to fish.

Having fun with the snow...

What say yall?
I really like the idea Catt, very creative. One of my biggest weaknesses is interpreting what I am looking at on that screen. Fishing lakes with vast amounts of cover to go along with the already existing structure is just sometimes pretty overwhelming to me. I see only one problem with your idea, you're too far from me.

4th Annual BassResource.com Roadtrip!!!
I'm actually kind of glad to hear that. I wanted to leave early as possible but didn't want to ask you to leave your house at 3 am to meet me at 6 am. You can always sleep on the ride down to meet up with Pitchinkid and Booten. We may end up getting there plenty early on Saturday to hit the lake in the early afternoon. Woo Hoo!!!

A great funny
Reminds me of some flashbacks from my college days.

20,000 members,...now THAT calls for a video!!!!!!
Russ, I sent a few pics in to you for Pitchinkid and myself. If it is going to be a couple weeks I may try to get some good video this weekend. We are going to hit a large river system this weekend and expecting some pretty crazy smallie action. It might make for some funny and entertaining veiwing. I will try to keep the expletives to a minimum but I get pretty excited when bigger smallies are hitting cranks. ;D

I've got a REAL good one of you, very tempting... Was there a full moon when you took it? Not that one, the underwear dance picture. Don't worry, I'll save that one for blackmail at a later date.- 20,000 members,...now THAT calls for a video!!!!!!
I've got a REAL good one of you, very tempting...- Rain gear
Either one of these and you will be okay. Anything really that has Gore-Tex should be just fine. I think the Cabela's Guide Wear has an insulated and non-insulated version, some of the insulated versions contain a zip out liner.- Help: Question on Bass Boat towing
I wouldn't see why it would be too much of a problem towing a 17' glass boat. I towed for a couple years with a Dakota that had the V6. Also the fact you are towing up the coast, the haul should be virtually flat for the most part, right? Keep the truck serviced regularly including brakes and rotors and you should be just fine.- Boat Battery Charger Replacement Question
My question to all you electronic gurus on here is...How do you know when it's time to replace your battery charger? I would assume it would quit charging the batteries, right? The reason I ask, I took the boat out over the weekend and batteries seemed fine on Saturday. Sunday was a different story though, they seemed half charged even though the charger was showing a full charge. The batteries are basically new batteries, bought last fall. Is it time for a new charger? :-/ Thanks in advance y'all.- Attention all boat owners - Bow To Stern
Another vote on my end for Bow to Stern. I use it on other things as well such as rods and reels. I just spray a little in a soft cloth and wipe off the grime after a day of fishing. It made my boat windshield look brand new again, water just beads off the windshield now when it rains.- 4th Annual BassResource.com Roadtrip!!!
30 days and counting. Anyone getting excited yet?- Charlie Moore TV
I kind of like his show for the entertainment value. It's like a car wreck, I just can't look away. ;D- This year's starting lineup - Team Daiwa
Probably, for two reasons: 1. It's black and harder to come by 2. It has that cool handle Besides, it will be a little cheaper I think when most of the shops in Japan start picking them up. I would look for the price to settle around $459 - $479 like the rest of the limited Zillions have. Most of them can be had for $450 now. Still a lot of money to pay for something I can get right here for less than $300. There's no method to my madness or should I say sickness. - 20,000 members,...now THAT calls for a video!!!!!!
