Growing up in North Dakota in the 60"s I was strictly told to never change the house or garage radio stations or else face heck. So i grew up on country music and had to listen during sunday lunch the polka hour. Add to that on tv on saturdays the only tv in the house was tuned into the Porter Wagoneer show, Buck Owens, Lawarance Welk and Hee Haw, at least Hee Haw had some woman in it with sexy shorts and tops, that was a blessing. When i entered high school i changed to rock and bought a car and a Craig cassette deck, back in the 70"s if you listened to country you were considered a loser but i still listen to the old country today.- Post a photo a day!
Ran into these fellas at a park in town, they are from Long Island, New York on their way to Sturgis for the bike rally then onto Yellowstone and wherever else they decide to go. Look at the engines, a pan head and a knuckle head and a rigid frame. Thats a tough ride on the glueteus maximus and the back.- Eating while fishing

Wife and I went to a new dam for us in Whapeton ND, 50 highway miles for us one way. Why in 3 years we never went there puzzles me. If i must confess its probably because its the red river, same river that i live 1 mile from in fargo nd which i only fished the dam here this year one time and caught a handfull of catfish and a bunch of goldeye and drum. I did enjoy the catfish fight and then another guy fishing at the dam told me about wahpeton and catching walleyes and smallies in the early spring. I remember the last time i was there was in 1977 during high school to go party and pick up chicks as its known for its college and partying, no i didnt get lucky that night. Its the headwaters of the red river where the Ottertail river from Minn an the Bois de Sioux River from south dakota meet up to form the red river. So i thought we would go this past monday and scout it out. What a surprise this place is, at the dam we caught small smallies, cats, goldeye, drum, walleye and a surprise from the river depths. Will be going back soon as i am waiting for a cloudy day.- Eating while fishing
I usually dont eat during fishing, its my go time to burn calories and drink lots of fluids but when i am feeling like i must have something in my stomach i will grab whatever live bait i am using and snack on that and down it with a powerade drink.- Ouch

I would be worried about herpes.- A catfish ruined my mojo.
Cats are a blast to wrestle with especially in the river current, i always play the big girls by loosening the drag and let them run because i catch 99% of them fishing for walleye using 1/8 oz jigs and they do bend the hook on those.- Favorite movie directors....

Mullins with heroics, Fujinami with a save and O's pull out another thriller in Seattle. Cedric Mullins can steal the long ball as well as hit them. He goes yard for a two-run homer, putting the Orioles ahead, 5-3, in the 10th. Cedric Mullins didn’t feel the ball nestle into his glove initially. He realized he caught it once he was on the ground.- The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!

i watched the game and Kirby was amazing which left me wondering if our rookie pitcher Rodrigeuz will ever turn out to be a Kirby. Our pitchers usually get in trouble in the 6th inning and in comes the bullpen.- The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
O's top Seattle 1-0 in 10 Cedric Mullins steals third base in the top of the 10th inning, so the Orioles have three outs to get a run home. Ryan Mountcastle does it. The Orioles take a 1-0 lead in the 10th off a sharp single. Félix Bautista closes out a 1-0 Orioles victory in extra innings.- The Beer Is Brewing, The Trash Is Flying, and The Race For The Pennant Is On!
