Wow. Those blisters really grew.

Maybe you’re allergic

I’m allergic to all kinds of things. Definitely bees, and on vacation earlier this year some kind of monster bug swelled my foot way up

My oldest son gets those kind of welts when a bug gets him.  Looks nasty.  You should try some witch hazel on a cotton swab or some Prep-H wipes on them.

That's no doubt a LOFR. Lack of Fishing Rash, if you'd of been fishing it would've of never happened.

I'm glad the swelling went down and didn't get bigger.  That could have been bad.

Carpenter Ants ?

I think the most painful sting Ive had is yellow jackets. Of course, the hornets were no picnic either…

A bee or spider may produce the most painful bite, but the insect that causes more health problems to the human race is the mosquito. They cause malaria, dengue, yellow fever, and Zika to thousands of people every year across the planet just to name a few.

The ants were in a log so carpenter might make sense. Hornets are the worst ! They are who attacked me when I was 8 and I had several allergic reactions and a few trips to the hospital. I haven’t had anything like that in 30 years since but I have more reaction to stings than most people

Thanks , feeling pretty weird and tingly . I looked down and couldn’t even see my jeans for all the bees, had to strip down and run thru the street
